Ask yourself this one question;

Based on what you see, as a shareholder, how do you really feel about Tom Scozzofava?

My answer; He has done nothing for shareholders.

This is what he has done;

He has paid for legacy debt with shareholder money.

He has saved temporarily Wisebuys from failure with shareholder money.

He has purchased Hacketts with shareholder money.(6 million dollars and Hacketts has 9 million in debt!)

He has purchased North Country with shareholder money.( We have yet to see their books!)

He has benefitted from shareholders with $260,000 salary and 100,000 Series E shares!

He has given friends and family wealth with shareholder money by converting worthless Wisebuys shares into Series C Seaway Shares at 4 bucks a share, over 5 million dollars!

"During the year ended December 31, 2007, the Company issued 84,414,911 shares of common stock in the first and second quarters of 2007 to officers and employees in exchange for services. The shares were valued at $2,214,904."

Further greed, this is really disgusting, Tom first;

"In the event of any liquidation, dissolution or winding up of the Corporation, holders of shares of Series E Preferred Stock shall be entitled to receive in a cash out of the assets of the Company, whether from capital or from earnings available for distribution to its stockholders, before any amount shall be paid to the holders of Company's Common Stock".

Then Series C shareholders;

Upon the liquidation, dissolution and winding up of the Corporation, the holders of the Series C Convertible Preferred Stock shall be entitled to receive in cash out of the assets of the Corporation, whether from capital or from earnings available for distribution to its stockholders, before any amount shall be paid to the holders of common stock, the sum of Four Dollars ($4.00) per share, after which the holders of Series C Convertible Preferred Stock shall have no share in the distribution

Wenn doch SWVC angeblich so schlecht sein soll dann frage ich mich warum in Deutschland keiner verkaufen will.
Leben wir hinter dem Mond oder was.

Ich warte soch über 3 Tage das mal endlich einer seine Aktien für 0,003 ? verkauft aber es passiert nichts ich binn doch bereit die Aktien zu kaufen von SWVC die ja angeblich pleite sein soll.

Also wer glaubt das SWVC pleite ist, verkuft doch bitte eure Aktien ich ich nehme euch sehr gerne die lästigen Aktien ab.

Tom has to say two words, and this will be .10 ...maybe he will do it this week, maybe next, maybe next month, but these two little words will be spoken to the shareholders.... "CASHLESS BUYBACK"

there will be NO reverse split as many other posters like to believe, tom has gone over that. Tom has ALREADY decreased the OS once knowing that this dilution do to Cornell/Highgate/YA Global would kill the stock beyond believe if he kept the share count where it was before he converted those shares. If he did not convert those shares to Pref. Bs we would be VERY close to our AS, or even maxed out.

People like to discuss "Toms family/friend plan" to get them rich, I like to remember that all of those people, (except maybe his brother, ill have to research that) were all owners of Wisebuys. Each of them, Tom, Dede, Joe, and Joe all had stakes in Wisebuys.

No, I obviously do not like this share price. No, I NO NOT like the dilution and dumping. But A LOT of people here who are complaining about all of it KNEW that cornell was a part of Seaway/GSCR, they KNEW that Highgate was apart of Seaway/GSCR. Or maybe they didnt, and that is their fault for not doing the DD before hand. Also, there is no one holding a gun to their head saying, "you HAVE to hold this stock or else i will kill you." So I do not see the problem here, if you are down, sell for a loss, be gone, go get your money back elsewhere. If you are such good traders here, like many claim to be, it will be easy for all of you to get your money back, right?

Tom will let us know/has to let us know when the debt is finished. Do you REALLY think if Tom wants to hold another job in his lifetime, he would be doing this to a company out in the public? As you can see, there have been MANY MANY MANY news articles regarding Seaway Valley from upstate New York. These people believe in Tom, and so do I as well as many other investors here. Like I have said before, I am TRULY sorry if you thought this was going to be a flip and win, and got stuck. Tough luck right? Many people called this a lotto play when it first started out, how many people win the lotto? Few. So i still do not get why people are complaining about SP when they called it a lotto play. Do i think this a lotto play? No, i think this is an INVESTMENT.

Also wenn hier wirklich so viele Zocker (Kursdrücker) sind dann haben die den Kurs erfolgreich ohne jeglicher Fakten drücken können.
Ich denke mal das sich jetzt wieder viele dieser Zocker billig Aktien gekauft haben (zwar nicht in Deutschland wegen zu geringen Umsatz, aber in den USA haben die sicherlich groß eingekauft von den Leuten die Panikverkäufe gemacht haben).
Da die jetzt wahrscheinlich billige Aktien bekommen haben denke ich mal das die den Kurs nicht weiter drücken Wollen und von denen wird man erst einmal nichts mehr negatives Hören.
Ich glaube das jetzt wieder verstärkt Puschen kommen werden und der Kurs Heute oder Morgen noch einmal kurz ansteigt und dann wieder fallen wird.
Bei diesem Anstieg werden viele Zocker aussteigen und auch nicht mehr einsteigen weil es sich dann nicht mehr lohnt (wir werden die Zocker bei diesem Anstieg los und es wird eine weile nicht viel passieren mit dem Kurs).
Eines ist klar nach diesem Anstieg wird der Kurs sicherlich wieder Fallen und dann eine Weile so bleiben.

Ich bin nach wie vor von SWVC überzeugt und kaufe immer wieder nach wen es billige Aktien gibt.
Ich glaube der Kurs wird irgendwann extrem Steigen wenn es keiner mehr erwartet und dann möchte ich dabei sein und nicht nur zuschauen.

Habe ja schon mal auf über 1000 % verzichtet weil ich auf unbegründete Gerüchte gehört habe und vor dem Anstieg verkauft habe.

Ist alles nur Spekulation und meine Meinung keine Empfehlung.
Vielleicht liege ich aber sogar richtig mit meiner einschätzung.

Ich hoffe mal das das passiert wie ich das hier aufgezeichnet habe zu mindest kann ich mir das gut vorstellen.

Wenn ich eine AG hätte die so abschmiert, würde ich alles darann setzen diesen Kurs wieder etwas freundlicher zu machen  stattdessen kümmert es ihn einen Dreck ob alle sauer sind.

Hauptsache ist, dass er und seine Sippe die Taschen voll hat.

Hier haben wir zwar alle selber Schuld aber die Versprechungen klangen einfach sehr verlockend und es lies den Anschein erwecken, dass wir es hier mit einem ehrlichen Geschäftmann zu tun hätten.

Klar, OTC ist das Paradies der Verarsche und Betrüger und wer darauf hereinfällt ist selber Schuld ;-((
