agreement with a syndicate of underwriters led by Maquarie Capital
Markets Canada Ltd. and including Versant Partners Inc. (collectively
the "Underwriters"). Under the agreement, the Underwriters will
purchase Cdn$11,000,300 of common shares and flow-through shares on a
bought deal private placement basis.  

The private placement will be for the issuance of 8,065,000 common
shares (the "Common Shares") of the Company at a price of $0.62 per
Common Share (the "Common Share Issue Price") and 8,000,000 common
shares of the Company which qualify as flow-through shares for the
purposes of the Income Tax Act (Canada) (the "Flow-Through Shares") at
a price of $0.75 for each Flow-Through Share for total gross proceeds
of $11,000,300.

Mike Hoffman, Crowflight's President and CEO, commented on the
financing stating: "While the $55 million debt facility we completed
earlier this year will cover our remaining budget for the development
of the Bucko Lake Nickel Project, the funds raised through this private
placement will allow us the flexibility to advance the study of future
expansion opportunities at Bucko and to continue to explore our
extensive land position in the Thompson Nickel Belt."

Closing of the offering is anticipated to occur on or before April 30,
2008 and is subject to receipt of applicable regulatory approvals
including approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.  The Common Shares and
Flow-Through Shares are subject to resale restrictions for a period of
four months plus one day from the Closing Date.

The Underwriters will receive a commission of 6.0% of the gross
proceeds raised in the brokered private placement in cash. The
Underwriters will also receive compensation options (the "Compensation
Options") equal to 6.0% of that number of Common Shares and
Flow-Through Shares issued in connection with the brokered private
placement. Each Compensation Option will entitle the Underwriters to
purchase one Common Share of the Company at the Common Share Issue
Price for a period of 24 months following the closing date.

The gross proceeds from the sale of the Common Shares will be used for
working capital, projects in the Thompson Nickel Belt and for general
corporate purposes. The gross proceeds from the sale of the
Flow-Through Shares will be used for general exploration expenditures,
which will constitute Canadian exploration expenses (as defined in the
Income Tax Act [Canada]) and will be renounced for the 2008 taxation
year.

hat sich da jemand vertippt in der Stückzahl. Bei TCM hat es das ja auch mal vor nicht allzu langer Zeit gegeben. Und bei einem Fonds sind die liquiden Mittel ja sicher kein Problem. Unsereins kämpft um jede hundert Stück die er bekommen kann und solche klatschen eventuell aus versehen einfach noch eine Null drann...

 Tja, und warum kauft wohl jemand Crowflight Aktien? Weiß der vielleicht mehr? Alles Quatsch, wenn man sich die Fundamentals anschaut kann man gar nicht anders als massiv kaufen . Dafür, dass die Börse Entwicklungen vorweg nimmt, ist der Kurs immer noch ein totaler Witz!

Exploration diamond drilling has intersected what is interpreted to be a new zone of nickel sulphide mineralization located beneath the M11A North deposit, approximately 4 kilometres north of the Bucko Lake Nickel Deposit (Bucko) that is currently under development. Of particular note is Hole M08-03 that intersected 26.7 metres (87.5 feet) grading 1.30% nickel including 5.76 metres (16.6 feet) grading 3.06% nickel.

In addition to encouraging results at M11A North, Crowflight has intersected additional nickel mineralization at its Halfway Lake deposit. Please refer to Table 1 for a summary of results received to date and Figure 1 for a map depicting the location of drilling.

Intersection intervals reported are core lengths, actual true widths are
unknown at this time but are generally 70 to 80% of core length. Once known,
true widths are calculated for each intersection. These could vary somewhat
from time to time as the zones are re-interpreted thereby altering the
geometry.


During the 2008 winter program, Crowflight completed 21 drill holes for a total of 8,200 metres and has received assay results for 12 holes thus far. Results from the remaining nine holes will be released over the coming weeks as assay results become available. Crowflight will also be updating the resource estimates on its Halfway Lake, Apex and M11A deposits as exploration results are received and analyzed.

Crowflight expects to begin its drilling program on the Manibridge joint venture with Pure Nickel in mid-May 2008. For now, the Company has temporarily ceased drilling activities in Manitoba due to conditions related to the annual spring thaw.

Over the coming months, Crowflight plans to complete studies on increasing overall mine reserves at Bucko by lowering the cut-off grade from 1.4% nickel to approximately 1.0% nickel and utilizing the mill capacity of 1,500 tonnes per day. A planned Cdn$2.0 million underground delineation drill program is in progress at Bucko. The drill results from this program will be used to increase the confidence of underground reserves, determine the potential for resource additions, optimize cut-off grades and obtain further geotechnical information to finalize the mine design.

Qualified Person/Quality Control Procedures

This press release has been prepared and reviewed by Mr. Greg Collins, P.Geo (APGO/APEGM), a Qualified Person under the NI 43-101 guidelines. Fire assays were performed at the ALS-Chemex laboratory in Vancouver on all the samples for Gold and PGE's which undergo an ICP-AES finish and Sodium Peroxide Fusion. All other metals undergo an ICP-AES finish. Standards and blanks are submitted with each sample batch.

Mich erinnert die Diskussion hier ein wenig an Blue Note im vergangenen Jahr: Kurz vor der Produktion, toller Gewinn/Aktie - eine cash cow. Eigentlich konnte nichts schief gehen.

Wer sich den Kurverlauf anschaut, der sieht, dass es anders gekommen ist. Sehr viel anders!

Mit der Ausgabe neuer Aktien wurde der zu erwartende Gewinn pro Altaktionär minimiert.

Jetzt hat auch Crowflight 18 Mio neue Aktien herausgegeben. Für 0,62$ und das zu einem Zeitpunkt, wo hier im Forum von einem Kurs von 1? geträumt wird.

War das erforderlich? Ich meine, dass nicht. Ist es so wichtig, in Bowden Lake JETZT zu bohren? Dort sind low grades und es ist fraglich, ob die sich wirtschaftlich sinnvoll abbauen lassen. Dagegen ist die Föderung in Bucko Lake ein Gewinn für die Investoren. Und der ist durch die Ausgabe neuer Aktien verwässert worden!

Es soll sich um ein Gehalt von 1,3% Nickel handeln bei einer
Länge von unter 30 Metern.

CML) veröffentlichte weitere Untersuchungsergebnisse zu ihrem
Winterbohrprogramm 2008 im Thompson Nickel Belt, Manitoba, das vor kurzem
abgeschlossen wurde.

Bei den Diamantbohrungen im Rahmen der Exploration wurde ein Bereich
durchfahren, der als neue Nickel-Sulfid-Mineralisierungszone interpretiert wird,
diese Zone liegt unterhalb der Lagerstätte M11A North, ca. 4 Kilometer nördlich
der Nickellagerstätte Bucko Lake (Bucko), die gegenwärtig erschlossen wird.
Besonders bemerkenswert ist das Bohrloch M08-03, in welchem 26,7 Meter (87,5
Fuß) mit einem Gehalt von 1,30 % Nickel einschließlich 5,76 Meter (16,6 Fuß) mit
einem Gehalt von 3,06 % Nickel durchfahren wurde.

Abgesehen von diesen viel versprechenden Ergebnissen in M11A North hat
Crowflight in ihrer Lagerstätte Halfway Lake eine weitere Nickelmineralisierung
durchfahren. Der Tabelle 1 ist eine Zusammenfassung der bisher vorliegenden
Ergebnisse zu entnehmen; Abbildung 1 enthält eine Karte, in welcher der
Bohrstandort eingezeichnet ist.

Greg Collins, der Vice President of Exploration von Crowflight, kommentierte die
Ergebnisse wie folgt: Die Ergebnisse aus Bohrloch M08-03 weisen einige der
höchsten Mineralisierungswerte über das längste Intervall auf, das wir in M11A
North bisher vorgefunden habe. Im Jahr 2007 konzentrierten sich die Arbeiten in
der Nähe von M11A nach der anfänglichen Entdeckung des Vorkommens 2006 auf die
Bestimmung einer Inferred Resource in Übereinstimmung mit dem NI 43-101. Im
Bohrloch M08-03 scheinen wir eine neue niedrigere Mineralisierungszone unterhalb
der bekannten Ressource durchfahren zu haben, die in Streichrichtung und in der
Tiefe offen bleibt. Im Ganzen zeigen die Ergebnisse aus dem
Winter-Explorationsprogramm 2008 weiterhin das Potenzial zusätzlicher Ressourcen
in der Nähe von Bucko und bieten Crowflight neue Optionen für eine eventuelle

Im Laufe des Winterprogramms 2008 hat Crowflight 21 Bohrlöcher mit insgesamt
8.200 Bohrmetern abgeschlossen; bisher liegen die Untersuchungsergebnisse für 12
Bohrlöcher vor. Die Ergebnisse aus den verbleibenden neun Bohrlöchern werden in
den kommenden Wochen bekannt gegeben, sobald sie eingehen. Außerdem wird
Crowflight die Ressourcenschätzungen zu ihren Lagerstätten Halfway Lake, Apex
und M11A aktualisieren, sobald die Explorationsergebnisse eingegangen und
analysiert sind.

Crowflight geht davon aus, dass sie Mitte Mai 2008 mit ihrem Bohrprogramm im
Rahmen des Manibridge-Jointventure mit Pure Nickel beginnen kann. Vorübergehend
musste das Unternehmen die Bohrtätigkeit in Manitoba aufgrund der Behinderungen
durch das alljährliche Frühlingstauwetter einstellen.

Im Laufe der kommenden Monate beabsichtigt Crowflight die Durchführung von
Untersuchungen zur Erhöhung der gesamten Reserven der Mine in Bucko durch eine
Senkung des Cut-off Grade von 1,4 % Nickel auf ca. 1,0 % Nickel und die Nutzung
einer Aufbereitungskapazität von 1.500 Tonnen pro Tag. In Bucko wird derzeit ein
Abgrenzungs¬bohrprogramm unter Tage mit einem veranschlagten Budget von Cdn $
2,0 Millionen durchgeführt. Mit den Bohrergebnissen aus diesem Programm wollen
wir mehr Klarheit über die untertägigen Reserven schaffen, das Potenzial
zusätzlicher Ressourcen ermitteln, die Cut-off Grades optimieren und weitere
geotechnische Informationen für die endgültige Konzeption der Mine sammeln.

sind ja hervorragende Daten und Zahlen in dieser Präsentation. Da müsste unsere Krähe ja davonfliegen; aber sie ist flügellahm und das verstehe ich jetzt noch weniger!!  

sieht momentan danach aus, als würde es bei Crowflight Minerals zu keinen größeren Kursrücksetzern mehr kommen. Die letzten beiden Tage vor dem Wochende wanderten in Kanada zweimal große Aktienblöcke (1,4 Millionen und 600.000 Aktien) über den Tisch. Sollten gar die 0,70 CAD nachhaltig überwunden werden, dann ist der Weg nach oben erst einmal frei! ;-)

wär schön wenns was nach oben bewirken würde. aber wieso sollte es? ist ja im grunde nur der abschluss dessen, was bereits verkündet worden ist. der eigentlich sprung richtung norden passiert mit beginn der produktion. und dann lasst uns hoffe, dass dir ersten zahlen positiv ausfallen.

Crowflight schliesst Bought-Deal" Privatplazierungsfinanzierung von 11 Mio. USD CROWFLIGHT MINERALS INC. (Crowflight, das Unternehmen) (TSX Venture Exchange: CML) freut sich, bekannt geben zu können, dass es seine zuvor angekündigte Privatplatzierungsfinanzierung durch die Ausgabe von 8.065.000 Stammaktien (die Stammaktien") zu einem Preis von 0,62 USD pro Stammaktie und 8.000.000 Flow-Through-Stammaktien (die FT-Aktien") [steuerbegünstigte Anteile im Sinne des kanadischen Einkommensteuergesetzes] zu einem Preis von 0,75 USD pro FT-Aktie zu einem Bruttoertrag für das Unternehmen in Höhe von 11.000.300 CAD abgeschlossen hat. Das Angebot wurde von einem Zeichnersyndikat unter der Führung von Macquarie Capital Markets Canada Ltd. unter Einbeziehung der Versant Partners Inc. (gemeinsam die Zeichner") abgeschlossen. In Verbindung mit der Finanzierung erhielten die Zeichner eine Provision in Höhe von 6 % des Bruttoertrags und erhielten insgesamt 963.900 Kompensationsoptionen. Jede dieser Optionen verleiht ihnen bis April 2010 das Recht zum Kauf einer Stammaktie des Unternehmens zu einem Preis von 0,62 USD pro Aktie. Die Stammaktien, FT-Aktien und Kompensationsoptionen unterliegen einer Haltezeit, die am 31. August 2008 abläuft. Das Angebot muss auch noch von der TSX Venture Exchange genehmigt werden. Die durch das Angebot erzielten Bruttoerträge werden als Umlaufkapital, für Projekte im Thompson Nickelgürtel und für allgemeine Geschäftszwecke genutzt werden. Die durch den Verkauf der FT-Aktien erzielten Bruttoerträge werden für allgemeine Explorationsauslagen genutzt werden, die nach dem kanadischen Einkommenssteuergesetz als Explorationsauslagen im Sinne des kanadischen Income Tax Act anerkannt sind, können aber für das Steuerjahr 2008 nicht geltend gemacht werden. Crowflight Minerals - der künftige Nickelförderer Kanadas Crowflight Minerals Inc. ist eine junge kanadische Bergbauexplorations- und Erschließungsgesellschaft, die sich auf Projekte mit Nickel-, Kupfer- sowie Platinmetallmineralien ( PGM") im Thompson-Nickel-Gürtel ( TNB") sowie im Sudbury-Becken konzentriert. Gewinn ist die Summe aus positiven Investitionen abzüglich negativer Investitionen

Hi hab mal ne frage bin interesiert an craw, kann mir einer sagen was positiv , jedoch auch negativ an der firma ist, wann soll mit dem abbau beginnen welche resourcen hat man, usw,
will man lieber fördern oder übernommen weden, wie sehen die chancen aus positiv zu fördern, usw. danke wenn einer mir was schreiben könnte hier im forum oder per boardmail  

Ich sag nur kaufen kaufen kaufen!!! Der Abbau soll im Juni beginnen. Top Chanchen Risiko Verhältnis. Obwohl der Kurs "schon" bei 0,42 liegt. Ich sehe bei Produktionsbeginn locker die 0,50 Marke geknackt und hoffe bis Jahresende die 1 Euro zu sehen. Wenn alles halbwegs so weiterläuft wie jetzt nicht unmöglich ist.

Danach hätten wir sicher sofort die 0,50 Marke erreicht und dann ab zu 1.-

geht doch mal zu wallstreet online , da gibt es guten faktenthread da könnt ihr euch beide schlau machen , so fängt crow nicht im juni sondern im ende juli an , kann auch august werden bis sie anfangen . gruß  

1mal noch so richtig über die 0,43 und dann ab in den Himmel!!

wäre es wenn es einmal so richtig über 0,46 gehen würde ,dann wäre glaub der cad/kurs auch über 0,70 , erst dann ist der weg nach oben frei , nur meine meinung  

es ist passiert, die 0,50 wurde heute erstmals geknackt, die Umsätze sind am steigen #
und Crowflight wird vllt. doch schneller als gedacht schon bei 1 EURO stehen ;)

0,60 wir kommen ;)
