Gener8 3D Business Update VANCOUVER, BC, October 29, 2014 ? Gener8 Media Corp. (?Gener8? or the ?Company?) (CSE: GNR) is pleased to provide the following update on its 3D conversion business. Gener8?s 3D business continues to receive accolades for its unique 3D conversion technology. This technology is consistently recognized for its high quality, which meets or even exceeds natively filmed 3D. This high 3D quality has led to more invitations to bid on 3D conversion work than ever and a greater success rate on the Company?s bidding efforts. In November, the Company will commence work on converting more 2015 movies than planned?including the previously announced ?tent pole? release. This increased volume of work will be completed by increasing the staff count at Gener8?s Vancouver studio at a quicker pace than originally expected. In addition, Gener8 plans to increase its outsourcing capacity with its existing offshore vendor partnerships. The Company?s increased success is consistent with its 3D business strategy, which is to create and build a technology that disrupts the conversion sector of the postproduction industry. While Gener8?s 3D business also comprises a significant service component, the Company?s 3D strategy has also always included building stronger offshore partnerships to secure a bigger labour force and provide scalability as its 3D business grows. In the case of the Company?s interest in China, access to the growing Chinese 3D market is also an important factor. Within the next year Gener8 plans to extend the use of its technology to Gener8?s offshore partners, and ultimately to expand into other areas of consumer 3D products. The highly anticipated 3D debut of The Grandmaster, converted entirely by Gener8 this past summer, is expected to be theatrically released in China during the Chinese New Year in January 2015. According to the movie?s director, ?This 3D movie will set a new standard for China 3D conversions.? Initial previews of The Grandmaster are garnering positive responses for Gener8 from within the Asian market. The Company is already receiving a number of conversion requests from Chinese producers, and the movie has not even been released. In addition, the movie?s success is creating several opportunities for Gener8 in the form of potential business and investment partnerships in China. Gener8 continues to pursue the completion of the Asset Purchase Agreement with Tianjin Fu Feng Da Movie & Television Technology Investment and Development Co., Ltd. (?FFD?). The Company has offered to complete the Agreement and to give FFD credit for the $3 million, which it advanced to Gener8, provided the Agreement closes by December 31, 2014. If FFD is unable to complete the Agreement, the Company intends to contest any claim by FFD for repayment of the $3 million.
