Motion Network Holding is an integrated media group. Revolving around television with Motion Network TV, the first syndication in the European television landscape and the first free movie TV channel in Europe broadcasting all over Europe in local languages, Motion Network Holding places its expertise in the whole media world, on fast growing segments.
Motion Network Holding covers the whole audio-visual industry, from production with its subsidiary Antetime Production to broadcasting and merchandising with its subsidiary Motion Network TV. Motion Network Holding is also represented in media content management on the internet through its subsidiary Movie Assist and in TV shopping through Antetime Shanghai.
Motion Network Holding is also largely represented over the internet, with various sites bringing to the public legal movie and music downloading, IP- TV, internet community around movies, music and video games, sales and merchandising of various items related to Motion Network media content. It will also produce media content for mobile phones.
Motion Network Holding is also positioned on pay TV, theme channels and VOD segments, always on a multi-territories, multilingual basis.
Mission Statement - MAKING THE FUTURE Motion Network Holding (MNH) aims at creating a new deal in media. It provides B2C and B2B services in the area of Television, IPTV, Internet, media content production and post production, software and retail thus developing a unique impact over all media. MNH operating services cover mostly Europe, Far East and the US.
MNH's wholly owned Luxembourg subsidiary Motion Network TV ("MNTV") is the main group company. It is a new and UNIQUE 24 hours a day seven days a week FREE Pan-European cable, satellite, broadband TV channel mainly devoted to films. Motion Network TV is one video feed, multi-language multi-territory encompassing 40 European countries. Motion Network TV will bring signal to over 100 millions TV home. We provide the biggest range of films ever seen on a single film channel covering all genres, blockbusters to unseen films that never had the chance to air. MNTV will deliver a formula that will not only draw in a massive audience, but will keep them week in and week out and will see that audience growing by continuing to surprise and delight everyone who switches on!
MNH through its subsidiary company Antetime Production produces TV shopping programs on Luxury and Football tie-in products. The Luxury TV shopping will soon begin to broadcast in China. MNH has a wide representation on the Internet on different segments through Motion Network TV web site and Movie Assist which launched a year ago the Content Administration Tool (CAT), a unique integrated file management tool. MNH aims to play a key role into the European movie industry. Mid sized budget MTV will be able to secure 35% percent equity thanks to its tv network revenue model and domestic state subsidies. UK tax funds such as Future Film Fund as well as major international sales companies will complete the budget. Films will bring MNH long terms assets.
