A four-year extension of the American Renewable Energy Production Tax Credit (PTC) has been introduced. Congressmen Dave Reichert (Republican) and Earl Blumenauer (Democrat) have introduced legislation seeking to grant the extension. The current arrangement is set to expire next year.
The PTC runs across wind, hydro, geothermal, bio-energy and municipal solid waste electricity generation. "This bipartisan support shows that American wind energy jobs are something that we can all agree are vital for our economic wellbeing and energy security." http://www.windpowermonthly.com/news/1102672/...uced/?DCMP=ILC-SEARCH Was gibt es dort in diesem/ähnlichen Zusammenhang noch für Gesetzesanträge in USA: -Washington, DC – A bill introduced this week in the U.S. House of Representatives would extend an Investment Tax Credit (ITC) for offshore wind power worth up to 30 percent of the cost of the project. The bill, H.R. 3238, was introduced by Representatives Pascrell (NJ – 8, Democrat) and LoBiondo (NJ – 2, Republican), and seeks to jump-start the offshore wind industry in America by providing the ITC for the first 3,000 megawatts of offshore wind projects. http://www.environmentamerica.org/news-releases/...GENUlUwDDMeF5002fQ - Bill to Facilitate Wind Energy Research and Development Introduced (08/11) On August 1, Representative Paul Tonko (D-NY) introduced the Wind Energy Research and Development Act of 2011 (H.R. 2782). The bill would provide $1 billion over five years for the Secretary of Energy to direct a research program to improve the efficiency, reliability, and capacity of wind turbines. The program would work to optimize the design of wind energy systems to meet a wider range of atmospheric conditions and reduce the cost of creating and maintaining such systems.Tonko introduced a similar bill (H.R.3165) in 2009, which passed in the House but stalled in the Senate http://www.agiweb.org/gap/legis112/energy.html#aug11a http://www.agiweb.org/gap/legis112/energy.html#aug11a
schön, dass man also in USA trotz anders lautender Meinungen mancher user hier, auch bei den PTC´s und den cash-grants an eine Verlängerung denkt...)
Nicht dass man dies aber für 2012 unbedingt nötig hätte...denn:
"Nordex has partnered with Beebe Community Wind Farms to manufacture the turbines and assist in finalizing project development tasks for the proposed wind farm." “The turbines must be in service by 2012 to receive government tax credits,” Brooks said
