dass der Kurs in Deutschland viel zu hoch gepusht wurde und mit Eröffnung in USA erstmal wesentlich niedriger angesetzt ist...

Ich sagte doch vorhin noch, wenn wir 9-10 Cent als SK in halten nach USA, dann können wir usn glücklich schätzen.... warten wir es ab...

 

ich glaub wer 500.000 hier reinbuttert der setzt eher auf alles oder nichts  

das er auf längere Sicht nichts verkehrt gemacht hat.......(als Daytrader hätte er billiger einsteigen können)!  

man kann doch ruhig zu 0,11 kaufen bei eventuellem Kursziel 2 Dollar.

In Deutschland wurden bis jetzt über 18 Mio Aktien gehandelt. Das sind doch nicht nur deutsche Käufer! JPM kauft m.E. billig die Aktien auf, um dann ein Abfindungsangebot für die alten Aktionäre anzubieten. Etwas anderes kann ich mir fast nicht vorstellen.Die bisherige Deckelung paßt auch irgendwie in das Schema. An ein Umtauschangebot30:1 o.ä. sind die sicher nicht interessiert. Ist denen zu teuer. Wenn JPM erst gut 92-95% der WaMu-Aktien hält, sind die auf der sicheren Seite für ein "angemessenes" Rausdrängen" der Altaktionäre. Schaun wir mal, ob es so kommen wird.

Wie ist Eure Meinung zu meinen Gedankengängen, würde mich echt interessieren

For the last eight months, Washington Mutual Shareholders (WAHUQ, WAMPQ, WAMKQ, WAMUQ) have been hunched over their computers, trying to keep up with voluminous information about the Washington Mutual Inc.'s forced bankruptcy, when WAMU bank was seized and sold in what shareholders perceive to be a hostile takeover by JPMorgan Chase of the well capitalized WAMU bank.

The counterclaim filing in Federal Court in Washington D.C. on May 29, 2009 has shown their diligence is paying off. It appears more clearly now than ever they will recoup their phenomenal losses from the lawsuits filed regarding this case. Shareholders have seen the share price increase dramatically since the seizure of WAMU bank in September of 2008, when it dropped nearly to zero, and anticipate further upward movement due to the excellent attorney teams that are representing WMI. They are quite pleased with their attorney representation in this matter.

The 335 page filing in court by Elliott Greenleaf and Quinn Emanual Urquhart Oliver & Hedges, LLP is detailed and comprehensive, bringing up all the points shareholders have been discussing for months. They are demanding fair market value for the assets that were seized, restitution in an equal amount to JPM's unjust enrichment and multiple other significant monetary damages. Their demand for payment of patent and trademark infringement alone, are treble damages of $6 Billion. They have demanded a jury trial in this matter.

Shareholders have gathered at websites such as www.wamucoup.com (950 members) www.wamuequity.org (796 members) as well as yahoo and google financial sites, to share their "due diligence" with each other over the last eight months. Shareholders should register their shares at www.wamuequity.org to give more strength to their fight for an Equity Committee in this case. Shareholders feel an Equity Committee is their best protection.

wenn der verlauf so weiter geht werden wir in den usa die kompletten gewinne noch vor börsenschluss wieder abgeben...wer nimmt jetzt gewinne mit?  

bin seit letztem November investiert und lasse mich nicht von dem heutigen Kursanstieg aus dem Markt spülen. Jetzt habe ich so lange gewartet, dass ich mich nicht mit 40 % (heute) zufrieden gebe. Ich bleib drin und dran und warte weiter ab. Mal sehen was die nächsten Tage (24.06.) so bringen.
Und außerdem finde ich es ganz gut, dass die Aktie immer mehr Aufmerksamkeit genießt. Wird den Kurs sicherlich weiter beflügeln.
