Mr Pohl said that there is a good possablity of more dividends in the near future. Addressed the company's desire to get to NASDAQ at some point. I also liked the fact that he said there were hundreds of companies that are infringing, much more than the intial estimate of 150. Sorry, I didnt take good notes and will leave the posting to Ron and others who are more articulate. I did walk away from the meeting feeling better about my investment, fwiw regards

Subject: Annual Shareholders Meeting From Poker MVP PostID 473391 On Friday, April 28, 2006 (EST) at 6:23:12 PM Click here to find out more!
What a great turnout!! No new news reported. Meeting was a snapshot review of Fiscal Year 2005, 3Q-2006 results and TPL, Alliacense and Intelalysis objectives (which is no different from reviewing their websites).
David Pohl and Jim Turley were great speakers! Dan and Mac Leckrone, although informative (nothing new), was putting most people to sleep.
Dan and Mac Leckrone gave the IMPRESSION that they are currently negotiating well with Sony.
Eric Swartz spoke, and he's definitely a LONG TERM investor.
Eric Swartz's quote re dividends by an OTC BB company was great! ''We have researched other OTC BB (past and present) companies and only found 1 that paid out dividends - Wal-Mart!''
It was great to meet investors from abroad (Germany and England), Conneticutt and Florida.
BIAJJ was present, as well as Larscott, Greg ''Guyver,'' and the attorney from Louisana - Ronran.
Marc, from Mission Hills, it was a pleasure to meet and talk with you.
I'm sure there will be more to talk about from other posters that attended later tonight through the weekend.
I wish everyone a great weekend and a safe trip back home !!
Go PTSC and I'll see you guys at the next shareholders meeting !!!
What a great group of people !!!

Subject: Why no royalties? From milestone PostID 473417 On Friday, April 28, 2006 (EST) at 8:50:30 PM Click here to find out more!
Firstly, I am at a total loss as to why royalties are too difficult to track/collect, when all other similar type companies are able to obtain ongoing royalty payments based on filed revenues.
Secondly, why did TPL state that system integrators were to pay ongoing royalties?
Finally, didn't anyone challenge the absurdity of the ''too difficult'' statement?
Be well

Subject: Royalties... From ease2002 PostID 473425 On Friday, April 28, 2006 (EST) at 9:36:23 PM Click here to find out more!
I personally won't be worrying about royalties if we are able to get atleast 50 million a piece from the J3. That would be roughly 75 million PTSC take. That is fine with me as long as we can continue to get more.
IMO there is a calculation applied to each company for all the ''systems'' they make. Obviously big ticket players will pay more, I.e., Fujitsu paid PTSC 15 milion (30 million) while Casio paid 1 or 2 million. Casio's annual revenue is 6 billion, Fujitsu's is substantially more.
We need to derive steady income from licensing deals for atleast the next 5 years, and I would hope for 100 million a year.
As it stands, this is a tricky stock to gauge in the mid to long run. I still believe the J3 will settle soon. Per Poker's post, it looks like wee are negotiating with Sony which IMO is a great sign.
Did TPL offer how they were calculating the licensing fee for each company? Very interested to know that.
Is there a list of companies so we might get a ballpark estimate of how much they think they can earn?
Anyhoot...GLTAL

Right management is in place. 12.Shareholders who hang in are gong to do very well. 13. Turley, talked about what types of microprocessors infringe. He mentioned a BMW and mercedes has over a 100 microprocessors on board in each automobile. 14. The Ignite chip could be sold now that the PTSC is financally stable, Companies would not take a risk on small Companies like PTSC that mayt not be there tomorrow. 15 PTSC is now located in the new Silicon Valley, Carlsbad, thats very important. 16.TPL has been overseas for over 200 days. 17.
