Axia Group Inc. Signs Final Agreement To Acquire MicroConstruction Pvt. Ltd. in Sri Lanka

SAN DIEGO, Oct. 24 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Axia Group, Inc. (OTC Pinksheets: AXGJ) announced today that it has signed a final agreement to acquire 100% of MicroConstruction Pvt. Ltd, a Sri Lanka company. The shareholders of MicroConstruction will receive 3,000,000 shares Preferred Stock in Axia which will be restricted until December 2008. Each Preferred Shares will convert to $0.33 worth of common stock in Axia at time of conversion. Incentives apply based on company performance. No cash was exchanged in the transaction.

MicroConstruction utilizes a panel based technology introduced by Axia to build homes and commercial buildings and currently has contracts with relief and government agencies in Sri Lanka and India. The parties signed a Letter of Intent in June of 2006 and have been working together to gain adoption of the panel technology with the government and commercial sectors of Sri Lanka. The company has a $1.9 million project with SOS Kindedorf building homes for families affected by the tsunami of 2004 as well as a project with the government agency REEL to build multistory residences for families in the urban center of Colombo.

The Axia panel technology consists of wire trusses that are welded together around an insulation core of expanded polystyrene (Styrofoam). After put in place as wall, floor or roof, this panel is then coated with concrete. With this method, for example, a 600 square foot home can be constructed in less then two weeks. This technology can also be used for multistory buildings, commercial structures, luxury homes, apartment buildings, high rises and resorts. The resulting structure is able to withstand winds of greater than 180 kilometers per hour, is resistant to mold, mildew, insects and is highly fire resistant.

Kursexplosion auf über 1 Dollar geführt. Doch
mittlerweile sind die Anleger ziemlich verwöhnt,
was positive News angeht! Axia übernimmt eine
Firma, ohne dafür Geld zu zahlen! Bezahlt wird
in Aktien, und zwar mit 3 Millionen Stück, die
einen Wert von je 0,33 DOllar haben werden!

Die Chefs mit MicroConstruction hätten doch
niemals zugestimmt, wenn sie nicht der festen
Überzeugung wären, dass Axia bald MINDESTENS
0,33 Dollar pro Aktie wert sein wird! Die wissen
bestimmt schon mehr als wir!!!

Also nach diesem Chart macht sich bei mir die Hoffnung breit, das es heute nach einigen Gewinnmitnahmen wieder aufwärts gehen könnte / sollte / müßte.


 

Gestern sind brutale 10 Millionen
Aktien gehandelt worden. Die Shorties
sind zurück! Hier wird jetzt wohl wieder
Geld mit sinkenden Kursen gemacht... würde
mich nciht wundern, wenn Jeff mit den Shorties
mit unter einer Decke steckt und an fallenden
Kursen saftig mit verdient! Schaut man sich die
Charts von Jeffs anderen Firmen an, dann sieht
man deutlich, dass kein einziges Unternehmen
den Sprung nach oben geschafft hat. Trotz positiver
News und kurzem Anstieg sinkt jede Jeff-Aktie zurück
auf den Boden der Tatsachen, und der liegt tief im Keller!  

Gestern wieder über 8 Millionen Shares gehandelt!

Volume: 8,832,970

Interessant ist der kurze Anstieg gegen 13:45 (EST)
von 0,04 auf 0,06 Dollar! Es scheint also, dass sich
bei 0,04 ein Boden ausgebildet hat. Aber vielleicht
scheint das auch bloß so ;-( Ich rechne damit, dass
Axia sich auf dem Niveau halten werden und hoffentlich
nächstes Jahr, wenn wohl ein neuer Großauftrag von REEL
kommt und Axia in Indien und China FUß gefasst hat,
ein Relisting möglich wäre und Axia wieder Richtung 1 Dollar
zusteuer, oder?

Dieses Jahr sieht aber wohl eher mau aus...
WIESO FÄLLT AXIA TROTZ DIESER GENIALEN NEWS???
Ich fürchte, Jeff hat nus ein zweites Mal sauber
verarscht und in die News rund 25 Millionen neue
Aktien verkauft, um seinen Geldbeutel etwas aufzufüllen ;-(  

Dem Chart nach zu urteilen,
hat ein Deal bei 0,05 stattgefunden!

Jeff könnte mit Short-Seller-Investoren
bei 0,05 Dollar fett Kasse gemacht haben,
indem er Dank positiver News den Kurs in
die Höhe treibt und bei einem Kurs von
0,25 auf Knopfdruck die Short Seller aktiviert,
die zig Millionen Aktien verkaufen mit einem
Kursziel von 0,05 Dollar. Auf diesem Level
covern die Shorties und kaufen zu Tiefstpreisen
zurück ;-) Jeff selbst dürfte dabei wohl rund
1 Million Dollar gemacht haben... wir wurden
anscheinend ein zweites Mal fett verarscht von
diesem amerikanischen "Super-Geschäftsmann"!

Eigentlich schon fast kriminell diese Aktion,
doch als Pinksheet unterliegt Axia nicht mehr
der SEC und Jeff kann so viele Aktien raus hauen,
wie er lustig ist! Deshalb glaube ich trotz
möglicher positiver News in Zukunft kaum mit
einer nachhaltigen Kursbelebung. Axia ist ein
verdammtes Zockerpapier und nur für "Hartgesottene"
zu empfehlen. Jeff wird wohl nicht mal "richtige
Zahlen" nächste Woche präsentieren, sondern nur
eine mail mit ein paar Umsatzzahlen drin, wie
beim letzten Mal am 17. August:

"y the end of 2006, we hope to show completion of more than $2 million in projects in Sri Lanka and initiation on several million dollars in new projects that we will strive to have completed in 2007. The SOS project in eastern Sri Lanka is $1.8 million in gross revenues.
