Dynamic Recycle Co., was formed in November 2009.  At that  time, it was purchased from Lindenwood Logistic Corp. which had  previously operated the plastic recycling facility since 2004.  It is a  wholly owned subsidiary of Raffles Global Recycling Co. Ltd., a Canadian  based company. The Company has roughly $2 million USD in equipment, and sits on a 2 hectare property employing roughly 100 people. The Company processes roughly 5,000 metric tons of waste  per year, with sales of roughly $850,000 USD, and a growth rate of  approximately 5% per annum.  The cost of inputs and sale of product are  based on the prevailing rates of virgin plastic in the marketplace.   Currently, virgin plastic sells for roughly $1.20 USD per kl.  Waste  plastic is purchased at 50% of this value, and the finished product in  the form of recycled plastic pellets can be sold at roughly 80% of the  value of virgin plastic.The Company is currently seeking additional capital to increase its capacity as well as to enter the recycled paper market.The Company is currently in the process of obtaining a listing on the Frankfurt Exchange.
