HydroFlo Affirms Patent Information for the HydroFlo PLUS(TM) System

In its January 16, 2007 press release, Shine Holdings implied that it possessed the rights to a patented wastewater odor control system. The Shine press release states that the odor control system was patented by Dennis L. Mast and licensed to HydroFlo, Inc. The correct statement should have read that the odor control system was invented by Dennis L. Mast, filed on January 11th 2000, patented and assigned to HydroFlo, Inc. on September 4th, 2001. Since its inception and original assignment, HydroFlo has maintained all rights and ownership of this intellectual property and has not licensed any distributor or manufacturer's representative to produce this system. The patent may be found at the US Patent and Trademark website (http://www.uspto.gov/) by searching for patent number 6,284,138.
In addition, certain references were made to the PLUS(TM) system for odor control. The corrected reference should have been the "HydroFlo PLUS(TM) System" since the intellectual property is owned by HydroFlo, Inc. Finally, the Shine press release stated, "This is not just a fanciful notion on our parts; sites have already been located and have gone operational in Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Washington State and elsewhere."
While no HydroFlo PLUS(TM) systems are installed in Florida, the remaining mentioned sites in North Carolina, South Carolina and Washington State are all prior installations by HydroFlo, Inc. and should not be interpreted as installations resulting from the efforts of Shine Holdings.

alle zusammen die da investiert sind.Was glaubt ihr wieviel da noch potenzial nach oben gibt??oder geht die in die Knie??.Doch ich meine es wird weiter steigen,den Luft nach oben ist genug...und Umwelt zu liebe wird jetzt viel getan..  

weiss, das hier verschiedene Faktoren zusammenkommen.

Einerseits die damaligen Falschmeldungen über angebliche Abschlüsse, die sich dann als eine Luftnummer herausstellten.Dies führte zu einem enormen Vertrauensverlust unter den Anlegern und zu Shorteindeckungen die den Unternehmenswert gen 0 laufen liessen.

Mit dem neuen CEO und ersten kleineren Abschlüssen kam zum ersten Mal etwas Bewegung in das Spiel.

Nunmehr sieht es danach aus,das einige ordentlich ihre Shortpositionen covern mussten.

Inwieweit noch weitere Shortpositionen ausstehen und eine Neubewertung des Unternehmens bevorsteh kann ich im Moment noch nicht abschätzen.

Allerdings ist der Handel in Frankfurt wieder aufgenommen worden (zusätzlich zu dem in Stuttgart) ich werte das als gutes Zeichen, da man auch in USA sich umfirmiert hat und nun keine BDC mehr ist.

Daraufhin wurde auch die Zulassung in Frankfurt wieder angekurbelt.

Der Umsatz sollte somit weiter steigen und bei einer derzeitigen MK von 4,5 Mio.? ist das sicherlich noch Luft nach oben,wenn...

ja wenn endlich seriös gearbeitet wird und die Produkte ordentlich vermarktet.

Danach sollte Stück für Stück das Anlegervertrauen zurückkommen.

Bis dahin bleibt es erst einmal ein Zock.

Ist nicht böse gemeint,aber die haben an der Börse nix verloren.

Zock ja oder nein,...oder man ist von dem Unternehmen und der Geschäftsidee so überzeugt das man long bleibt.

Aber der Kurs ist für die pinksheets enorm stabil.So gut wie keine Gewinnmitnahmen nach dem Anstieg.
