EPOD Announces Sale of Enviromech Subsidiaries

RENO, NV--(MARKET WIRE)--Feb 8, 2006 -- EPOD International Inc. (the "Company," "EPOD") (OTC BB:EPOI.OB - News) (Frankfurt:EDUF.F - News) announces the Company intends to divest its Enviromech subsidiaries.
The Company announces its intent to divest itself of both of its wholly owned subsidiaries, Enviromech Industries Inc. and Enviromech Industries LLC (together "Enviromech"). The Company intends to divest 100% of Enviromech to Enviromech's current management team. The deal is anticipated to close during March 2006, and is subject to ratification by EPOD's Board of Directors and Enviromech management.
