TelcoEnergy Corporation is an international energy resource,services and technology company. TelcoEnergy owns or has under contractsignificant oil and gas reserves in the US, Russia and China and is acquiring additional reserves. TelcoEnergy is also focused on alternative fuel sources and extraction technologies. The Company specializes in the production of non-conventional coal bed methane (CBM). Es ist zu erwarten, dass die Übernahme von TelcoEnergy durch Geotec, verbunden mit Namens-, Symbol- und CUSIP-Nummernwechsel, nun kurzfristig vollzogen wird. Die aktuelle Market-Cap. von Geotec beträgt ca. 13 Millionen USD. Assets und Revenues von Telco allein dürften um ein Vielfaches höher liegen.

Diesen Wert sollte man jetzt mal auf die Watchlist setzen. Könnte ein ganz großer Gewinner 2004 werden.

GEOTEC / TELCOENERGY

Ich habe in den vergangenen Tagen wichtige Informationen gesammelt. Ich werde in Kürze mehr und detailierter über GETC berichten. Was ich kurz erwähnen möchte ist, dass der Merger mit TelcoEnergy jetzt unmittelbar bevor steht!! Der gegenwärtige PPS spiegelt nicht ansatzweise den tatsächlichen Wert wieder. Darüber hinaus werden weitere sehr positive News in Kürze veröffentlicht werden!!  

Diese Aktie ist nicht länger ein Wert für die Watchlist, sondern ab sofort ein glasklarer

nein, seit dem 1. März operiert man zwar zusammen (Operation-Agreement), aber der Merger steht noch an. Dies ist verbunden mit Namens-, Symbol- und CUSIP-Nummernwechsel. Aus Geotec wird TelcoEnergy. Erst dann ist der Zusammenschluss volzogen. Das wird in den nächsten Wochen passieren. Wie Rick Lueck, CEO mir mitteilte, ist vor Mitte Juli damit zu rechnen! Dann gibt es auch eine 15% Stock-Dividende der neuen Telco-Shares. Das Unternehmen Telco arbeitet profitabel, das 3. Quartal (beginnt ab Juli!!) wird einen positiven Cash-Flow ausweisen. Nur die Assets allein von Telco werden auf weit über 100 Millionen USD geschätzt. Genaueres wird man aber wissen, sobald die kombinierten Finanzen von Geotec und Telco in Form eines 8ka-Filings vorliegen.

Es wird in jedem Fall noch andere positive News geben (Joint-Ventures, Übernahmen und vor allem Aufträge!!). Darüber hinaus rechne ich mittelfristig mit einem Spin-Off der neugegründeten NanoBlox Inc., wovon Telco-Shareholder noch zusätzlich profitieren werden...

wenn ich jetzt noch profitieren will. was muss ich tun ?  

den Wert weiterhin beobachten und auf das Volumen achten. Der Wert ist nur an der OTC:BB handelbar (mit einem Wechsel an die Senior-Börse NASDAQ ist nächstes Jahr zu rechnen...).

Bid/Ask liegt zur Zeit bei 0.33/0.41, also ein großer Spread. Die Wahrscheinlichkeit, dass eine limiterte Order zu 0.33 ausgeführt wird, ist gering. Zwischen Bid und Ask hat man aber immer gute Chancen...  

Wichtig: der Float ist mit etwa 15 - 18 Millionen Shares nicht sehr groß und ich weiß, dass einige Longterm-Shareholder weitere Millionen Shares angesammelt haben und diese nicht unter 5 USD verkaufen werden.

Darüber hinaus sind etwa 7 - 10 Millionen Shares über Hedge- und Offshore-Funds geshortet worden....es ist also zudem noch mit einem gewaltigen Short-Squeeze in Kürze zu rechnen. Ich gehe 100%ig davon aus, dass die kommenden Wochen und Monate gewaltig werden!!!

 

also wenn ich teilhaben will, sollte ich am besten die aktien von GETC kaufen. und diese bleibt dann auch bestehen beim merger und nasdaq-wechsel ?  

So ist es. Aus Deinen jetzigen GETC-Shares werden nach vollzogenem Merger automatisch TelcoEnergy-Shares zzgl. 15% Share-Dividende. Der Wechsel wird in Deinem Account erfolgen, ohne dass Du es merkst.

soviele wie wie mein Konto vertragen kann . Im Ernst, ich würde gerne mehr haben, aber mehr geht nicht. Ich bin zu bis oben hin. Die meisten meiner Shares habe ich im Mai zwischen 0.25 und 0.30 geordert. Zuvor hatte ich bereits zu höheren Preisen gekauft. Ich sehe das ganze nicht als Trade oder Shortterm-Invest, so wie bei diversen Penny- und Subpennystocks, wo man stets aufpassen muß, Gewinne mitzunehmen, bevor man sonst Verluste realisieren muß... Diese Aktie ist (für einen OTC:BB Wert ungewöhnlich) zurzeit sowohl Short- als auch Mid- und Longterm ein klarer Kauf. Nur meine Meinung (und ich weiß 'ne ganze Menge über das Unternehmen)!!!

aus dem HSM-Board von StockGod "Sparky":Sparky's July GETC Prediction Having already succumbed to temptation and predicted that GETC's Day Of Reckoning Has Arrived, Sparky now feels compelled to make an even bolder prediction: GETC Share Prices Will At Least Double In JulySparky bases this prediction on the following:  ->  Form 8-Ks should be filed shortly, probably this week; thus affording the Street its first real glimpse (audited financials) of just what Telco Energy is bringing to the party.  -> By around the middle of July, Sparky's certain the company will have informed the Street about at least one new and sizable business deal, about new funding source(s), and about progress on the company's fuel-additive front.  As for the new big deal(s), Sparky thinks and hopes it/they involve China, where petroleum demand is growing, and will for several years, faster than anywhere on the planet.  -> GETC shares, now at 41 cents, are trading close enough to what Sparky computes as the trading float's weighted average cost basis so that the 40 cent area should serve as a firm support level.  Also, at current price levels, those positioned to take sizable profits are pretty much completely offset by those in the red; and those in the middle, who purchased their positions near current levels, have little reason to trade.  -> Unlike most of the firms promoted on this Board, GETC not only has a very small trading float, but it also has a huge "going no where" base comprised of some of the most loyal shareholders Sparky's ever encountered, folks who have already rode GETC shares from a dime to a buck and change and then back again - Sparky doesn't think many of them is going anywhere in July, which should further aggravate the prevailing shortage of available shares.  ->  And last but certainly not least, Sparky's been convinced since day one that there's a collective short position in GETC shares that's huge relative to its trading float.  These "Bets Against Management," which is precisely what these short positions represent, were placed at a very different time and under completely different circumstances.  Bottom-line - They were dead wrong, and therefore they must pay; sort of like what's happened to Sparky with ladies.
