Nokia, which is heavily traded in New York, traded at $15.51 on Instinet, down from a New York close of $15.98, reflecting its sharp fall in Europe on Wednesday for a second day. Elsewhere in tech, 3Com Corp said it planned to cut up to 1,000 jobs, outsource all manufacturing and close its Dublin, Ireland, plant to boost efficiency.
