Rosneft scheint auch nix einzusehen und teilt nur noch aus. es scheint den ROsneft leuten nicht ganz klar zu sein, was für einen schaden die da anrichten.

Mich ärgert die absurde hohe Dividenden Zahlung.

Darum bin ich sicher das ein Kompromiss kommt.
Darauf arbeitet Sistema hin - darum auch die Gegenklage.
Das schnelle Geld wird Rosneff nicht bekommen - darum vielleicht doch lieber weniger & gleich.
Die Sanktions verlängerung spielt uns in die Karten.  

Habe damals gar nicht mitbekommen, dass Rosneft schon mal versucht hat solch eine Klage anzustrengen, dies aber zuerst abgelehnt wurde. erst danach wechselte man zu dem Gericht in Baskhira. Man könnte das auch als OligarchenBäsh beschreiben. Und Sistema gibt nicht klein bei.

Setschin überreichte ihm einen Präsentkorb mit Wurst und eine schwere Tasche, in der Uljukajew nach eigener Aussage Weinflaschen vermutete.

Tatsächlich enthielt die Tasche zwei Millionen Dollar Bargeld, und er wurde festgenommen. Kritische russische Medien haben mehrfach darauf hingewiesen, dass die mutmaßliche Erpressung sich nach dem umstrittenen Verkauf der Ölfirma Baschneft an Rosneft abgespielt habe. Der Wirtschaftsliberale Uljukajew habe das Geschäft unter staatlichen Konzernen abgelehnt, Putin mit seinem Machtwort aber anders entschieden. Außerdem sei die geforderte Bestechungssumme für einen russischen Minister zu gering.  

Putin steht klar zu Rosnef ABER eine Zerschlagung Sistema würde Russische Wirtschaft schwer treffen WEIL Sistema schon mehr mals bewiesen haben das sie Unternehmen zur Wirtschaftlichkeit führen.

Putin braucht ein Wirtschaftlich stabiles Russland - besonders nächstes Jahr = Wahljahr.
