Smith Barney ups CY and FCS, cuts PMCS and AMCC :
Smith Barney upgrades CY to Outperform from In-Line due to product cycle strength in pseudo-SRAMs, USB 2.0 and clock chips, and margin leverage; raises target to $23 from $21. Firm upgrades FCS to Outperform from In-Line due to reasonable valuation, high exposure to consumer electronics, Asia, and power mgmt mkts; raises target to $23 from $15. Firm downgrades PMCS and AMCC to Underperform from In-Line based on valuation; maintains PMCS target of $9.50, cuts AMCC target to $5.50 from $6.70.
