HiEnergy Technologies Inc. könnte meiner Meinung nach vor einem großen Hype stehen. Ein Überblick:

HiEnergy Technologies Inc. hat die stoichiometrische Technologie zu Aufspüren von Sprengstoff, deren Patent bereits eingereicht ist, entwickelt, die aus der Entfernung die chemische Formel verborgener Substanzen, darin eingeschlossen Sprengstoff, biologische Kampfstoffe und Drogen, bestimmt. "Stoichiometrisch" meint ein Erkennungssystem, dass die chemische Formel unbekannter Substanzen durch Barrieren hindurch und in kurzer Zeit entziffert. Die Systeme die HiEnergy entwickelt, haben Anwendungen in mehreren Märkten, darunter Sicherheitsüberprüfungen an Flughäfen, das Aufspüren biologischer Waffen und Landminen sowie von Schmuggelware, zusätzlich zu Anwendungen in der chemischen und petrochemischen Industrie. HiEnergys Technologie ist in mehreren Jahren der Forschung und mit Hilfe von Finanzmitteln des US- Verteidigungsministeriums und des US-Zolls entwickelt worden.

Charttechnisch wurde ein Boden gebildet und zugleich steht der Abwärtstrend unmittelbar vor dem Bruch. Vor ca. 3 Jahren wurde von einem Börsenblättchen ein Kursziel von 1,2 USD angegeben. (Name nenne ich aus Werbegründen nicht)

Dies war die Begründung:

Sollte die HiEnergy-Technik auf allgemeine Akzeptanz stoßen, so wäre das Marktpotenzial geradezu immens. Das US-Budget für die Verteidigung wird bis zum Jahr 2008 von derzeit rund 13 Mrd. USD auf ca. 14,5 Mrd. USD aufgestockt und wächst somit um mehr als 11%. Positiv ist auch die vielseitige Anwendbarkeit der Supersenzor-Technik, wie z.B. an Flughäfen, großen Häfen, zur Aufspürung von Landminen, für Bombenkommandos der Polizei, zur Früherkennung biologischer und chemischer Kampfstoffe sowie schlicht und einfach in der Industrie, beispielsweise zum Reinheitstest von Öl oder zur Qualitätskontrolle von Lebensmitteln.

In Zeiten von Terror und Angst sicherlich eine äußerst interessante Aktie.

Der Aktienkurs steht momentan bei 0,35. Somit eine reelle 200 % Chance.

an der werd ich schon noch meine freude haben in den kommenden tagen  

die kann ruhig so weiter laufen... aber scheint hier niemanden zu interessieren oder ist noch jemand dabei???

können wir schnell 0,6 und mehr sehen.  

ich denke wichtig ist, dass wir nen 0,5 annähernde schlußkurs später haben

bin dabei seit 0,32, allerdings euro

 

unter ca. dem 8-fachen des üblichen volumens ausgebrochen und keiner spricht von ihr, alls ruhig  das nächste ziel sollte im Bereich von 0,60 liegen, jedoch schließe ich weit höhere kurse nicht aus, die aktie wurde nämlich noch nicht entdeckt und dasentgegen den "sehr schwachen gesamtmarkt", kann sie sich also nach erreichen der 0,60 halten, sollte es ein kleines feuerwerk geben, der boden sollte zumindest erreicht und bestätigt worden sein, kursziele möchte ich allerdings keine weiteren nennen, technische ziele oberhalb von 0,60 sind zunächst 0,69 und 0,74, bei über 0,56 gibt es einen polaritätswechsel  

... gebe ich aktuell zu bedenken, dass sie völlig zu hoch in deutschland gehandelt wird. das entspricht keiner relation zu den dollarkursen.
also nicht geld in deutschland jetzt verpulvern, sondern lieber heute nachmittag abwarten, weil nach dem gestrigen anstieg ein paar gewinnmitnahmen in meinen augen gesund für den kurs wären  

 

...aber wie lange noch, ist die frage. nachdem der kurs leider nur einmal kurz ausgeschlagen hat, und sich seitdem eher seitwärts bewegt, vergeht mir die lust aufs warten. ein leichter anstieg würde psychlogisch wunder wirken. bei mir zumindest, v.a. in dieser zeit.

gibts sonst was neues? hat jemand nachrichten?

sie an, sonst ist sie leider recht schwach wegen mangelndem News-Flow, ich glaube sie kommt jetzt aus den puschen, die vereitelungen werden in den hinterköpfen ruhen, ich hoffe daß noch mehr verbrechen vereitelt werden, das hoch war bei 0,41 heute, natürlich hoffe ich, daß die Verbrechem mittels der Technik von HIET aufgespürt werden, gestern 17, heute nochmal 12 bzw 20 % im hoch

Aber ich gehe eher davon aus, dass sich der MM gestern nur vertippt hat, da keine news zu finden sind, die eine abstrafung von 90% rechtfertigen könnten. sowas gibts nur bei debeira *g*

das hätte gestern wohl 0,09 und nicht 0,009 heißen sollen. daher der große anstieg.

aber wenn das nächste mal was in der richtung passiert, dann schreib ich dir gerne! denn ich stelle mir gerade vor, da hat einer unvorsichtigerweise ein SL gesetzt und verkauft nun bestens! Man hätte man da absahnen können...

So, nach dem ich auch hier noch bis über beide Ohren in den Miesen stecke, mal ein neuer Hoffnungsschimmer, dass der Trend gebrochen werden kann.

HiEnergy Technologies Announces License to Operate Its SIEGMA Explosive Detection Systems Issued to Leading Transportation Agency Customer

IRVINE, Calif., Jan. 30, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- HiEnergy Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB:HIET), the homeland security industry leader in neutron-based diagnostic technology, today announced that Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) received a license from the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) to deploy, transport and operate SIEGMA(tm) 3E3 and 3M3 portable explosive detection systems acquired from HiEnergy Technologies. The license is valid for a period of ten years.

Pursuant to the license, SEPTA will be able to operate at will the SIEGMA(tm) devices independently within the State of Pennsylvania, and anywhere the NRC maintains jurisdiction within the 50 States, including areas of exclusive federal jurisdiction and all federal facilities. Prior to obtaining the license, SEPTA had operated the systems it purchased from HiEnergy on a restricted basis under HiEnergy 's NRC license.

"Receipt of this license by SEPTA is a significant milestone for the commercial distribution of HiEnergy's SIEGMA(tm) explosive detection systems and is an important confirmation to first responders, law enforcement, military personnel, and other security professionals as to the safety and practicality of our ground breaking technologies," stated Roger Spillmann, HiEnergy's president.

The license was secured under HiEnergy's Equipment Technical Assistance Program (ETAP), which provides radiation safety certification and licensing, as well as hands-on equipment training, local equipment support (including calibration, maintenance and servicing), and software support and upgrades. HiEnergy offers ETAP's integrated suite of services to all U.S. purchasers of its ground-breaking explosive detection products through best-of-class service providers.

In October 2006, the State of California - Health and Human Services Agency (HHSA) certified HiEnergy's SIEGMA(tm) explosive detection systems as safe and acceptable for commercial distribution and sale to authorized users in the United States and territories. Regulatory authorities at both the national and state levels can rely on this certificate in their evaluation of license requests by other purchasers and operators. Safety evaluations included the review and approval of the SIEGMA(tm) systems' design and operating procedures, as well as HiEnergy's internal quality assurance and control program.

Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) serves approximately 1 million people per day in the greater Philadelphia region, which includes Bucks, Chester, Delaware, and Montgomery counties, and select rail services in the neighboring states of New Jersey and Delaware. HiEnergy Technologies, Inc. Announces Decision to Seek Bankruptcy Protection to Address Financial and Operational Challenges

IRVINE, Calif., March 10, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- HiEnergy Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB:HIET) announced today that its Board of Directors authorized the Company and its subsidiaries to file for voluntary protection under the U.S. Bankruptcy Code in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California. Today's action was taken in order to protect the Company's operations and assets while it works to resolve its financial and business challenges and was approved unanimously by the Directors in attendance.

"While the decision to seek court protection was not an easy one, the Board of Directors determined that it was the best means of addressing our business and financial challenges. We also believe it is in the best interests of both HiEnergy and its creditors that we be afforded the time and protection necessary to stabilize the Company and to develop a long-term plan that will enable HiEnergy to meet those challenges," stated William A. Nitze, Chairman of HiEnergy Technologies.

The Company also announced that it is currently seeking debtor-in-possession (DIP) financing, which, subject to court approval, would be available to fund its continued operations under a plan of reorganization.
