Pacific Power Management, LLC, entered into an agreement with Solar World California Inc. for the purchase of solar electric modules for several installation projects on the West Coast in 2007.
The SolarWorld Group manufactures all steps from raw silicon to wafers, solar cells and modules in from two sites -- Vancouver, Washington & Camarillo, California. The modules, sold under the Sunmodule brand, offer high quality, low profile, high strength frame and a patented compact junction box.
"SolarWorld California is pleased to partner with Pacific Power Management to further the goals of the California Solar Initiative by delivering high quality systems using solar modules made in the U.S.," said Raju Yenamandra, SolarWorld Sales Manager North America.
Pacific Power Management, which has already installed more than 3 megawatts (MW) of photovoltaic (PV) installations throughout California, provides commercial PV systems, including design, engineering, materials, installation, testing, commissioning, monitoring and maintenance. The company performs energy audits; reserves rebate funds, secures permits, and monitors long-term electricity use and production.
