(the "Company" or "Urex") (OTCBB: URXE - News) reports that it has entered into an agreement with Mr. Michael Iverson, a former director of the Company, whereby 20 million shares of the Company's common stock, beneficially owned by Mr. Iverson, will be returned to the Company for the sole purpose of retiring such shares.
