Explosion bei Hy Lake Gold

Ich bin noch nicht investiert weil ich habe jedes jahr nur ca 2000euro übrig.
Habe ein Haus gebaut und muß jährlich 20.000 euro zurückbezahlen und meine
Famielie will auch leben.Wer ich bin ,wegen denn guten infos ich habe Geschwister
in Canada und die Infomieren sich übers Börsen geschehen weil die haben
alle mehr Cash wie ich und ihr zusammen sie sind ihm Vorstand von
großen Unternehmen.
Ich habe ihnen geschrieben das hier über Hy lake Gold geredet wird.
Die haben sich dort vor Ort infomiert,haben altaktionäre raus bekommen und
diese befragt auf was sie warten,warum sie nicht jetzt verkaufen würden.
Sie warten das Bohrren ab,aber wenn jemand Aktien von ihnen will müße
er jetzt 5 Cad Dollar zahlen.

Du hast ja recht, Geld wollen wir alle verdienen, aber es sollte schon mit offenen Karten gespielt und keine Halbwarheiten verbreitet werden.

AGREEMENT ON THE ROWAN PROPERTY IN RED LAKE, ONTARIO
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE, December 13, 2007 – Toronto, Ontario.
Hy Lake Gold Inc. (CNQ: HYLK; FRANKFURT: HYK) (“Hy Lake Gold” and “the Company”) is
pleased to announce that further to its news release of October 3, 2007 it has signed an option agreement
with Red Lake Gold Mines, a general partnership of Goldcorp Inc. (TSX: G; NYSE: GG) and Goldcorp
Canada Ltd. on the Red Lake Gold Mines’ Rowan Property in Todd Township, Red Lake, Ontario.
Red Lake Gold Mines currently holds a 100% stake in the 117–claim, 2,187 hectare Rowan Lake property
which is contiguous with Hy Lake Gold’s Mount Jamie and Golden Tree properties to the west. Under the
terms of the option agreement, Hy Lake Gold can earn a 60% interest in the property, as operator, through
exploration expenditures of CAD $2,500,000 over 3 years with a minimum CAD $500,000 commitment
in the first year. Red Lake Gold Mines shall have an option back-in right to purchase a 20% interest in the
property from Hy Lake Gold for CAD $5,000,000 within 90 days of the exercise of the option by Hy
Lake Gold. If Red Lake Gold Mines exercises the option back-in right, it will thereafter have a 60% joint
venture interest and Hy Lake Gold will have a 40% joint venture interest in the Rowan Property. If Red
Lake Gold Mines does not exercise the option back-in right, Hy Lake Gold will issue and deliver to
Goldcorp 1,000,000 common shares of Hy Lake Gold. Furthermore, subsequent to the formation of the
joint venture, Goldcorp shall have a joint venture back-in right to purchase an 11% interest in the property
from Hy Lake Gold, within 90 days of the venture expending CAD $5,000,000 on operations, for CAD
$7,000,000. If Red Lake Gold Mines exercises the joint venture back-in right, it will thereafter have a
51% joint venture interest and Hy Lake Gold will have a 49% joint venture interest in the Rowan
Property.
Hy Lake Gold is also pleased to announce that it has commenced its exploration program on the Rowan
Property, including 4,200 metres of diamond drilling. The Company mobilized a drill to the property in
early November under the terms of the binding letter of intent as released on October 3, 2007. Drilling is
proceeding well and is testing known gold mineralized zones at depths of up to 550m below surface,
substantially deeper than any historic drilling on the property.
The Rowan Property lies on the Pipestone Bay-St. Paul’s Bay Deformation zone hosts the past producing
Rowan Lake Gold Mine, adjoins the past producing Mount Jamie Mine (Hy Lake Gold) to the east and
surrounds the past producing Red Crest Mine (Claude Resources). The property, which has been explored
only to very shallow depths, is underlain by the same geology and structure as these three past producers
and has been subjected to limited underground exploration from a shaft and adit on the property. The
property is host to numerous gold occurrences which have seen limited drill testing returning results such
as:
• Hole RWU53370 - 40.79 grams Au per tonne over 3.39 metres
• Hole RW8457 - 14.57 grams Au per tonne over 4.42 metres
• Hole RW8459 - 26.51 grams Au per tonne over 2.51 metres
• Hole RW8460 - 11.02 grams Au per tonne over 4.22 metres
• Hole RW8577 - 39.26 grams Au per tonne over 1.47 metres
Potential exists to expand upon these gold mineralized zones both along strike and at depth.
The Red Lake greenstone belt is host to some of the richest gold deposits in the world. The Red Lake
Camp has produced over 23 million ounces of gold, including approximately 18 million ounces from the

Würde mich nicht wundern, wenn
wir Anfang nächster Woche die
lang ersehnten Bohrergebnisse
bekommen. Bei durchschnittlichen
Goldgehalten von 2 Gramm pro Tonne
lohnt sich oft schon ein Goldabbau.

Hy Lake dürfte durchschnittliche
Bohrergebnisse von mindestens 5 bis
10 Gramm pro Tonne finden. Das wäre
fantastisch. Einzelne Bohrlöcher dürften
auch Werte von 20 bis 30 Gramm aufzeigen!

Eine Sensation wäre, wenn das bereits
gestartete diamont-drilling im Februar/
März erste Reslutate bringen würde! Bin
gespannt, mit welch Resultaten Hy Lake
und 2008 noch beglücken wird! Ende 2008
sollten wir hoffentlich zahlreiche neue
Bohrergebnisse haben, neue Kooperationen
mit Goldcorp, Gebietserweiterungen, noch
mehr Investoren und einen Kurs von 4-8 Euro.

Am 13. Dezember dann die Unterzeichnung mit folgenden Vereinbarungen:

Hier ist also plötzlich von 7 Mio CAD die Rede, die Goldcorp an Hy Lake zahlen würde. Außerdem eine 51% Beteiligung an Hy Lake und dami eine Übernahme!!! Was für ein gigantischer deal für Hy Lake!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Offene Vereinbarung über das Projekt "ROWAN Propertie"

"Hy Lake Gold" kann einen Anteil von 60% an dem Projekt erwerben als Betreiber durch die Einbringung bzw. Ausgabe von 2.500.000,00 Can$ als Forschungsausgaben, mit einem Minimum-Einsatz von 500.000,00 Can$ im 1.Jahr.
Im Gegenzug erwirbt "Red Lake Gold Mines" das Recht auf den Erwerb von 20% Anteilen am Eigentum von "Hy Lake Gold" innerhalb eines Zeitraumes von 90 Tagen in Höhe von 5 Mio Can$ ab Annahme der Option durch "Hy Lake Gold"!

Sollte "Red Lake Gold Mines" diese Option ausüben, hält "Red Lake Gold Mines" damit verbunden einen Anteil von 60% am Geinschaftsprojekt "Rowan Properties" und "Hy Lake Gold" 40 %.

Sollte "Red Lake Gold Mines" nicht die Option ziehen, 20% an "Hy Lake Gold" zu erwerben, verpflichtet sich "Hy Lake Gold" dafür 1.000.000,00 Stammaktien an "Goldcorp" zu übertragen!

Außerdem, im Anschluss an die Gründung des Joint Venture, erhält die Firma "Goldcorp" innerhalb der gleichen Frist von 90 Tagen das Recht, einen Anteil von 11% an "Hy Lake Gold" zu erwerben in Höhe von 7.000.000,00 Can$. Vorraussetzung hierfür ist der Einsatz der oben genannten 5.000.000,00 Can$ bei Operationen im Projekt "Rowan Properties".

Nach Abwicklung des Ganzen Joint Venture hält die Firma "Red Lake Gold Mines" 51% und "Hy Lake Gold" 49% am gemeinschaftsunternehmen "Rowan Properties".

...laut den anderen teilnehmern hat seitz zugesagt das im dezember die bohrergebnisse veröffentlich werden.... also ist noch etwas zeit....  

Goldcorp hat eine Option 11% von Hy Lake für satte 7000000 CAN$ zu erwerben. Rechnet man dies jetzt hoch so geht Goldcorp aktuell von einem Gesamtwert für HL von etwa 63000000 CAN$ aus. Bei ungefähr 16000000 Mio. Aktien gibt das einen Wert pro Aktie von sage und schreibe 4 CAN$ oder 2.70?.

Wenn man davon ausgeht, dass Goldcorp kein Wohltätigkeitsverein darstellt, wissen die meines Erachtens doch schon viel mehr.
