HydroFlo Inc: HydroFlo Issues Business Update
HydroFlo, Inc. (HYRF.PK) (www.hydroflo.us) has made substantial progress in completing a number of internal business activities needed to return to an over-the-counter (OTC) listed security. In process now are physical audits for the firm’s inventory located in various warehouses in Raleigh, Apex and Wilmington, North Carolina as well as Bensalem, Pennsylvania. This process will complete the final components of the current accounting audit, allowing publication of the fully audited financials for fiscal years 2005 and 2006, expected to be released shortly.
In addition, as part of this process, the firm expects to be fully compliant with all current and prior SEC reporting requirements, including 10-Ks and 10-Qs as the company completes its transition from a Business Development Company (BDC) to a fully reporting conventional operating entity.
As HydroFlo CEO George Moore commented, “Although it has taken longer than originally anticipated, we are pleased that we have made such good progress through this difficult transition, and are looking forward to being a fully reporting company on the OTC markets.”
Ultra Choice Water Inc:
Ultra Choice Water, Inc. (UCWI) (www.ultrachoicewater.com ) begins the new fiscal year with a new distribution contract. UCW and Coleman Supply, a local retailer, have signed a distribution agreement to carry our entire product line. Coleman’s will accept the first delivery of UCW products next month. We are excited and extremely pleased about our new affiliate and look forward to a long relationship.
Also the long awaited UCWI News newsletter is finally ready for distribution. The first newsletter will be released on August 1st to all those who have subscribed via our website. The newsletter will contain information about UCW, our products and water news.
UCW continues efforts to increase sales by focusing on marketing and actively exploring potential distribution channels.

Metals & Arsenic Removal Technology, Inc. (MARTI) ( www.martiwater.com ), participated in the ACE07 Exposition in Toronto, Canada. ACE07. Also during the month of June, MARTI representatives met with BioCera Co. Ltd, a Korean manufacturer of specialized water technologies. BioCera is a leader in the development of ceramic filtration media for water and air devices at the industrial and consumer level. Focusing on creating healthy life styles, BioCera have created ceramic ball type media which provide antioxidant properties and alkaline ion water to adjust the body pH level to optimum levels for good health. Additionally, they produce ceramic media for chlorine reduction, mineralization of R/O water, silver antibacterial, energy enhancement and a “super ceramic” (far infrared ray). Applications of the ceramic media are, industrial water and air filtration systems, municipal water systems, and a variety of consumer targeted water filtration devices, such as pour through pitchers,
counter top devices, a variety of dispensing devices including a commercial vending machine for the antioxidant alkaline water. The systems can be configured to use any or all of their media, depending on the end user requirement.
BioCera Co. Ltd is analyzing HydroFlo’s proprietary media ARTI-64™ for compounding into a ceramic ball media. ARTI-64™ is an arsenic removal compound which has been used in a variety of industrial and consumer applications.
MARTI continues to investigate new technologies, applications, markets and alliances for improvements in potable and industrial water quality.”
HydroFlo Water Treatment Inc:
HydroFlo Water Treatment, Inc. (HWTI) (www.hf-watertreatment.com ) June was a very productive for HWTI. Three new proposals were sent out for jobs in North Carolina, Virginia, and California. In addition, construction has begun on two projects previously sold, (the subdivision in Charlotte, NC and also the Indiana Pennsylvania Country Club) and should be completed and online by the end of July.
HWTI is also working on a DAF problem with an Israeli non woven textile plant and with several large food processors companies studies are underway for the DAF systems.
