CP Solar Announces New, Best in Class Lighting Products

MONTREAL, QUEBEC, CANADA – March 24, 2009 – ICP Solar Technologies Inc. (OTCBB: ICPR.OB, FRANKFURT: K1U.F), a developer, manufacturer and marketer of proprietary solar panels and products, announced that it has begun selling what it considers to be some of the longest-lasting solar lighting products on the market today.  The Company’s Sunsei® solar lights, in a variety of shapes and sizes for outdoor applications, are built of marine-grade stainless steel and often come with built-in motion detectors.

New Deal Expands into Latin America

MONTREAL, QUEBEC, CANADA – April 8, 2009 – ICP Solar Technologies Inc. (OTCBB: ICPR.OB, FRANKFURT: K1U.F), a developer, manufacturer and marketer of proprietary solar panels and products, today announced that The Coleman Company, Inc. has agreed to extend its licensing, marketing and distribution agreement for three years, effective immediately.  ICP Solar will continue to provide Coleman® branded solar chargers for sale in such well-known retail chains as Sam’s Club, Wal-Mart, and Costco in North America for this contract period.
