One of my largest position is Cyan AG. $CYR is a very attractively valued European provider of white-label IT security solutions. The shares have multi-bagger potential over the next few years. Thanks to covid, the company is experiencing a 12-18 months delay on its main projects ...and the share price halved(!) this year. Meanwhile, 2020 ebitda is expected at ~2019 levels. But the exciting part is the growth. $CYR was able to close several MAJOR contracts, one of which is with Orange (French Telco)... Based on these (long-term, very sticky) contracts, $CYR should be able to reach >EUR40m ebitda by 2023, which will continue to grow with >30% CAGR thereafter. In addition, a new CEO is there to boost growth... Looking out to 2023 and assuming a 15x ev/ebitda multiple 2023e EV is EUR600m (undiscounted). Given zero debt, that's ~5x in 3 years time... and $CYR is currently trading at just 10x ev/ebitda on my 2021 estimates... But I believe growth will actually be much higher. Nonetheless, this is one of my core holdings. A true long-term value investment of a small growth co.
