SSSU Receives Transfer Agentâ??s Shareholder List will Compare to NOBO List for Shareholders Integrity Plan Implementation

equity investment funds for acquisitions of companies, financing of
investments in other entities, and files to do business as Silver
Screen Holdings to reflect our new business model.

    Transfer Agent's Shareholder's List:

    We have received the Transfer Agent's Shareholders list and will
compare with the NOBO list. The management has designed a Shareholders
Integrity Plan to address the NOBO list and the capital structure of
the company. We are readying the share exchange with one of the Reg. E
Funds and will inform the certified shareholders of the exchange
shortly.

    Restructuring of Capital Structure:

    Our management feels there is a significant failure to deliver
position in our stock and the NOBO list will identify the extent of
the position. To protect our shareholders we are developing the share
exchange program with one of the Reg. E Funds that will place an
estimated value of $.10 to $.25 on the shares of SSSU.

    Business Combination

    We have a strategy to increase the book value of SSSU and enter
into a business combination via Form S-4. Once the business
combination is completed we expect the combined business to trade at
the value of the combined entity. More details will be forth coming
regarding the share exchange program.

    Shareholder Benefits and Dividend Distribution:

    We have developed the dividend program with one of the Reg. E.
Funds. Each Reg. E fund can raise up to $5.0 million per year exempt
from registration. The family of funds we are developing will assist
SSSU in support of its restructuring and will immediately fund the
real estate and entertainment business units. We have developed our
business model to fund and develop new high growth companies.

Bin aber erst nach Haus gekommen und was sehe ich hier..fantastisch!!  

Jetzt könnt ihr den Thread aber für 300 % mal ein paar "grüne" geben *lol*  

Von mir aus kannst du dir soviele grüne Sterne geben wie du möchtest,
ich weiß nicht wies funktioniert.
Hatte bei SSSU schon meine Zweifel,bin schon einige Monate investiert,
wollte sie aber nicht verkaufen.

Danke für deinen Tipp, war seitdem dabei, heute mit +150% raus  

dann über Wochen und Monate immer sehr sehr günstig nachgekauft und jetzt blanke Freude

ich hoffe für euch alle das Ihr dicke trefft hab zwar damals von jemand anderem dem Tipp bekommen aber dadurch das Calibra öfter dazu postete und sehr optimistisch war dann immer fleissig nachgekauft also natürlich auch schönen Dank an Dich Calibra ich denke mal ich hätte nicht ganz soviel nachgekauft  

Ich finde das einfach super wenn jede verdient. Aber vergesst das realisieren der Gewinne nicht ;)  

überlege noch welche zu verkaufen andererseits warum sollte jetzt schon Schluss sein muss doch noch weitaus mehr hinterstecken das das Ding so abgeht  

Wo ist das Ende?  

mehr hinterstecken siehst doch das im Forum nicht so ein reges Interesse war,in anderen Foren auch nicht glaub da sind nicht soviel Zocker an Bord wird denke ich andere Gründe haben ich bleib weiter drin obwohl es schon verlockend wäre den Rest rauszuknallen
