ein höherer Umsatz in Frankfurt, und trotzdem bewegt sich kaum etwas!?!?!?

wie man an dieser Grafik erkennen kann wandert die Indikater (Slow Stochastik) noch abwärts. In dieser Phase geht es meistens seitlich bis abwärts. Aber ich finde der Wert hält sich trotzdem ganz gut. Wenn wir das Tal erreicht haben (denke in ein paar Tagen) wird es ohne Frage rauf gehen. Das ist immer so. Die meisten Charttechniker wenden diese Methode an. Also werden auch diese zum Einstieg raten.

... daher hat gestern in den Staaten wohl ein Investor insgesamt 500.000 Stück zu einen Durchschnitt von $ 1,9175 verhökert?!? Jedenfalls sind wir in den USA gestern mit $ 1,86 aus dem Markt gegangen! Nichtsdestottrotz: Laßt uns weiter träumen!!!  

Diese Theorie habe ich in einem andern Forum aufgeschnappt...!!! Wäre auch eine Variante für den riesigen absatz der Aktien in America gestern..!!!  Das Bid.und Ask. Verhältnis ist ja zur Zeit noch ganz gut..hoffentlich bleibt es auch bis Montag Nachmittag

Wenn sich bei diesen Umsätzen der Kurs heute Abend bei $ 1,93 hält, werden die Brüder die 500.000 Stück mit 1,9150 / 1,92 rausgehauen haben, sich am Montag wieder eindecken müssen. Aufgrund der aktuellen Nachrichtenlage gibt es jedenfalls keinen Grund sich hier von einem Investment in dieser Größenordnung zu verabschieden. Ich gehe einfach mal davon aus, daß sich einer diese Papier geliehen hat und nun den Kurs runterprügeln wollte. Liege ich mit meiner An nahme richtig, fangen wir Montag schon deutlich über $ 2 an. Hätte nichts dagegen !

Einen schönen Sonntag zusammen.

Ich stimme zu:
Der Indikator hat noch ein wenig abwärtpotenzial. Is alles gut im Rahmen.
Die Theorie mit dem runterprügeln ist statthaft. allerdings kann hier auch irrtümlich ein kurzes SL ausgelößt worden sein.
Der Kurs wird dieses Jahr noch rapide ansteigen. Wahrscheinlich mit kurzen Rücksetzern. Die erwähnten 20 Euro sind rein psychologisch noch nicht einmal so realitätsfremd. Mein Ziel liegt im Step 3 Novemer 2006 bei 7,30.

Marketing und Aquisition der zugekauften Firmen werden wohl nicht abgebaut, sondern gepusht. Das ist auf jeden Fall der richtige Weg ins Investment.

Ich hoffe das Barnabus bis Ende der Woche noch nicht zu stark angesstiegen ist. Es werden bei mir am Donnerstag einige Euronen frei, die würde ich gerne in Barnabus transferieren.

Verstehe die augenblickliche Entwicklung auch nicht. Wenn was aussichtsreich ist, dann gut aufgestellte Solarunternehmen wie Barnabus. Da kommt doch NUR positives. Aber typisch Börse. Da gibt es eben Lieblinge wo direkt die Post abgeht. Und andere Werte die übertrieben abgestraft werden. Hoffe das Barnabus hier noch viel mehr Anhänger findet. FOCUS Money und Performaxx haben ja bereits psoitiv berichtet. Hoffe da kommt bald wieder was. Wir brauch in Europa mehr Werbung damit Kapital reinkommt. Leute hier geht was. Langfristig denken!

Sale of Equity, Financial Statements and Exhibits



ITEM 3.02 UNREGISTERED SALES OF EQUITY SECURITIES.
Coach Capital

On January 8, 2006, Barnabus Energy, Inc. (the "Company") entered into an Investment Agreement (the "Investment Agreement") with Coach Capital LLC" ("Coach Capital" or the "Purchaser"). The parties agreed to a private placement (the "Financing Transaction") for the issuance of a Common Stock Purchase Warrant (the "Warrant") and a 0% Subordinated Mandatory Convertible Debenture (the "Debenture"). The Financing Transaction resulted in gross proceeds to the Company of $1,500,000 before expenses related to the Financing Transaction. The net proceeds will be used to invest in the businesses of Solar Roofing Systems Inc. and Connect Renewable Energy, Inc., with which the Company has executed acquisition agreements, to repay indebtedness and for general corporate purposes. The proceeds from the debt being repaid were used for the same purposes as the proceeds of this offering.

Pursuant to the Investment Agreement, the Company agreed to sell and the Purchaser agreed to purchase warrants to purchase the number of shares Common Stock (the "Warrant Shares") of the Company equal to (i) $1,500,000 divided by
(ii) the Warrant Price, which price is initially set at $2.23 subject to adjustment upon the occurrence of certain specified events including, but not limited to, including stock dividends, stock splits and mergers or reorganizations. The Warrant expires on January 11, 2011. The parties also agreed to enter into a 0% Subordinated Mandatory Convertible Debenture pursuant to which the Company agrees to pay back to Coach Capital the amount of $1,500,000 which becomes due and fully payable in full on July 31, 2008. Either party to the Debenture may convert the Debenture into shares of Common Stock of the Company (the "Debenture Shares") subject to certain restrictions.

Pursuant to a Registration Rights Agreement entered into by the parties on January 8, 2006, among other things, the Company is obligated to file a resale registration statement within 120 days after the closing of the Financing Transaction in order to register the Warrant Shares and the Debenture shares for public resale.

The full terms and conditions of the Financing Transaction are set forth in the Investment Agreement, the Common Stock Purchase Warrant, the 0% Subordinated Mandatory Convertible Debenture and the Registration Rights Agreement, each of which is filed as an exhibit to this Current Report, and is incorporated herein by reference.

These securities were issued without registration with the Commission, pursuant to Section 4(2) of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, and Rule 506 promulgated thereunder. The Company determined that this exemption was available because of the nature of the single Purchaser. In making this determination, the Company relied upon representations made by the Purchaser.

Solar Roofing Systems Inc.

As of February 8, 2006, the Company, 2093603 Ontario, Inc., a newly formed Ontario corporation ("Exchangeco), Solar Roofing Systems Inc., an Ontario corporation ("Solar") and the stockholders of Solar entered into a Stock Purchase Agreement which contemplates that Exchangeco will acquire all of the outstanding shares of Solar, other than those already owned by the Company, for CDN $3,709,067 in cash, 1,472,160 unregistered shares of the Company's common stock issuable to the U.S. shareholders of Solar and 4,892,141 Class A shares of Exchangeco issuable to the Canadian shareholders of Solar (the "Solar Transaction"). Upon occurrence of certain events specified in the terms of the Class A shares and as specified in a certain Exchange Rights Agreement and in a certain Support Agreement, Class A shares of Exchangeco shall be exchangeable, one for one, into unregistered shares of the Company's common stock. The shares of the Company's common stock issuable upon exchange of any Class A shares of Exchangeco are entitled to certain registration rights. The closing of the transaction is subject to customary conditions and the receipt by the Company of $10,000,000 from financing transactions. There is no assurance that the Company will successfully complete this financing.

Solar Roofing Systems Inc. manufactures SolarSave(TM), a waterproof, solar-integrated roofing product for low-slope/flat-roof, commercial, industrial and institutional applications.

Connect Renewable Energy, Inc.

As of February 8, 2006, the Company, Connect Renewable Energy, Inc., a Nevada corporation ("CRE") and the stockholders of CRE entered into an Agreement and Plan of Merger (the "Merger Agreement") which contemplates that a newly formed special purpose subsidiary of the Company will be merged with and into CRE, with CRE being the surviving corporation and becoming a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, and all of the outstanding shares of CRE will be exchanged for a total of 5,000,000 newly-issued, unregistered shares of common stock of the Company (the "CRE Transaction"). The Merger Agreement contemplates that the Company will enter into a Consulting Agreement with an affiliate of CRE which will provide consulting services to the Company for a period of three years, and as an inducement to give up a pre-existing incentive compensation arrangement, the consultant will be paid 1,000,000 registered shares of the Company's common stock effective on the Merger Closing Date and will have incentives to earn up to an additional 2,000,000 unregistered shares of the Company's common stock based on future revenues of CRE. The closing of the merger transaction is subject to customary conditions and the receipt by the Company of $10,000,000 from financing transactions. There is no assurance that the Company will successfully complete this financing.

This fire-rated, UL-approved product blends seamlessly with the colors and profiles of most standard roofing tiles used today. Unlike competitive products, CRE tiles do not require external framing on the building. They are lightweight, easy to install, and carry a twenty-year warranty.

Dise Aktie will rauf gehen...!!!!!!! Sie wird nur zur Zeit nieder geprügelt weil sich ein oder mehrere AMI BROKER was weiß ich wieviele Aktein geliehen haben und sie jetzt wieder zurück geben müssén...!!! Schon seit Tagen beobachte ich diese seltsamen DICKEN Ein und Verkäufe direkt nacheinander ich schätze mal seit einer Woche haben so zwei Mio. Aktien ihren Besitzer gewechselt immer zum Kurs um die 1,75 $ das ist ein linkes Dingen was da läuft...!!! Habe ich 2001 schon mal mit Broadvision erlebt...!!!
Hoffe das die Normal Investoren in AmiLand und Deutschland nicht irgentwann die Lust verlieren...!!!
Wäre da nicht dieses Getürkte Spielchen an der Börse zur Zeit ständen wir bestimmt schon bei min. 1,95 Euro...!!!!
Und so müssen die Jungs von Barnabus selbst abends den Kurs immer durch 500 Stück Käufe nach oben den Kurs verschönern...!!! Im Moment brauchen die glaub ich erst mal die fünf Mio. für den Handel mit ihren eigenen Aktien...!!!
