Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - November 6, 2017) - LottoGopher Holdings Inc. (CSE: LOTO) (OTCQB: LTTGF) (FSE: 2LG) ('LottoGopher' or the 'Company') has retained the services of Hayden IR (HIR) to perform investor relations services for the Company. HIR will offer financial and public relations expertise to increase awareness and visibility of LottoGopher within the investment community. HIR will assist executive management with items such as delivering news to the financial press, public market insight, input on marketing materials, media relations and road shows.
Under the terms of the agreement, LottoGopher will pay HIR a monthly retainer fee of US$4,000 and issue 250,000 common shares to HIR, as follows: 100,000 shares at Effective Date, 50,000 shares on the 90th day from the Effective Date, 50,000 shares on the 135th day from the Effective Date and 50,000 shares on the 180th day from the Effective Date of this Agreement, subject to the Agreement being in effect as of each applicable vesting date.
Commencing immediately, the term of the contract is twelve (12) months, with either party allowed to cancel after four (4) months, and then cancellable thereafter with 30 days' notice by either party.
