Zwar nicht zum Tiefststand, aber bin zufrieden (denke Verdoppler innerhalb 6 Monate sollte möglich sein).

Das Assets verkauft werden ist ja klar. Nur wann, welche und zu welchem Preis steht noch nicht final fest.

Um die 10 Milliarden für Salix wäre schon nicht schlecht.

Trotz dieser Gerüchte reagiert der Kurs hier nicht, das ist verwunderlich, überlege gerade, ob ich auf Verdacht hin einsteigen soll

ich werde am Freitag nochmals nachkaufen. es schaut danach aus, dass da mehr als ein asset sale demnächst losgehen wird. und wenn die das ankündigen, dann sicher schon im premarket, damit die shorties alle ordentlich gegrillt werden. ;-)
Hoffentlich lassen die bald endlich ein paar Bomben platzen. über 10% float shares short.. die sollen endlich brennen!!!

Global private equity giant KKR & Co has bolstered its credentials in the $1 billion-plus auction for iNova Pharmaceuticals.

Street Talk can reveal KKR has partnered with Arrow Pharmaceuticals, one of the top three generics suppliers in the country.

Arrow Pharmaceuticals' stable includes about 140 generic prescription drugs as well as a range of non-prescription pharmacy products.

KKR has form when it comes to teaming up with strategic partners. The firm announced last week that Japanese conglomerate Mitsui would acquire a 22 per cent stake in its portfolio company Panasonic Healthcare for $US510 million.

Street Talk this week revealed buyout firms were partnering with advisers as the auction entered the final furlong.

The KKR camp is working with Citigroup while The Carlyle Group is working with Credit Suisse and Bank of America Merrill Lynch on its final iNova tilt after indicative bids were due early this month.

The company develops and markets a range of over-the-counter and prescription medicines in Australia and New Zealand. They include lozenges brand Difflam, cough syrup Nyal, and contact lens products sold under the Bausch & Lomb name.

Other parties in-and-around the iNova sale process include Blackstone, TPG, Bain Capital and Pacific Equity Partners.

Street Talk revealed in September that Goldman Sachs had secured a sell-side role from iNova's owner Valeant Pharmaceuticals.

Elsewhere, as revealed by Street Talk, PPB Advisory's Asia-Pacific agribusiness team has been hired by PwC Australia.

Sources said the move by the highly regarded team, which is led by Greg Quinn and includes Ben Craw and Tim Lee, was part of a longer-term strategic alliance between the two firms.

Der Seekingalpha Artikel mit einem Target von 1 USD ist gossip. Auf den Foren kann jeder "Experte" schreiben was er will - Motivationslage "long/short" unbenommen".

Neben einem zurecht negativen Sentiment werden letztendlich und auf Dauer harte Fakten, Zahlen für oder gegen VRX sprechen.

Wenn man nicht von einem Liquidationsszenario ausgeht ist die Luft für den Wert von VRX nach oben besser als nach unten.



 

Besonders die Berechnung der Valuation ist abenteuerlich
