Der Saftladen ist am Ende. AL und die ganze Bande um Ihm sind mit unserem Geld verschwunden. Kein News mehr, kein S-XGen, alles Verarschung der kleine Anleger. Ich kann es nicht verstehen, wie kann SEC so was dulden. Das Vertrauen in OTC Börse gibt es nicht mehr. Von dir hier geschrieben

Seamless Skyy-Fi, Inc. Update:

S-SIB(TM) was made available to the public August 15; for a free thirty-day service trial download from the website www.s-sib.com. Effective today, Seamless will begin offering its S-SIB(TM) for a discounted annual service fee of only $19.95. The discounted annual price of $19.95 will remain in effect for only a short time, after which an annual subscription to S-SIB(TM) will cost $39.95 annually. The free thirty-day trial download will remain in effect for initial customers.

Seamless Internet, Inc. Update:

Based upon user group analysis and beta II field testing of the S-XGen(TM) Mobile Computing and Communications Device, Seamless is integrating the following improvements to the final production model of the S-XGen(TM): (1) Screen Size was upgraded to a 4.1 screen size with almost double the display resolution, going from 470x280 to its new screen resolution of 800x480; and (2) Operating System Upgrade to Microsoft Pocket PC Mobile Version 6.0 from its current version of Microsoft Pocket PC Mobile Version 5.0.

Die Displayauflösung wurde von 470x280 auf 800x480 erhöht!!!Es war mehr als nur wünschenwert die Auflösung zu erhöhen.
Und Microsoft Pocket PC Mobile Version 5.0  durch die neue 6.0 ersetzt!
Jetzt dürfte sich unser S-XGen viel besser presentieren!  

Da wollen wir doch seamless mal im Auge behalten.:-)  

 

die werten immer noch die Pixel aus ,eben Pixel für Pixel ,das dauert halt sine Zeit ,vor allem nicht husten dabei ,ganz leise sein dann wird das auch was mit dem Kurs  

geht da was? weil die News sind ja momentan noch nicht der Hammer.

Besser waere z.B. mothly sales figures rised up to 10M. This would be better.

On August 7, 2007, the Board of Directors of Seamless Wi-Fi, Inc. (the "Company"
and its "Board") approved a stock dividend payment of 400,000 shares of the
Company's holdings of 1st Global Financial Corporation Common Stock to the
Company's shareholders (the "Shareholders"). Pursuant to the Board's resolution,
beginning September 14, 2007, one share of 1st Global Financial Corporation
Common Stock shall be distributed for each 20,000 shares of common stock of the
Company (the "Shares") held by the Shareholders of record as of September 7,
2007 (the "Record Date"). Shareholders owning fewer than 20,000 Shares as of the
Record Date shall receive a cash in lieu payment on or before September 24, 2007
equal to 10% of their holdings based on the Shares' closing price on the Record
Date.



The officers of the Company were authorized and directed to perform all acts
necessary or appropriate to carry out payment of the stock dividend and cash in
lieu amounts.

solange sich die 0,002 nicht blicken lässt poste ich nur Dünnschiss ,wie immer ,Zeit vertreiben ,kann jatzt aber nicht glaube meine Fruchtblase platzt  

Wer z.B für 1000,- Euro 1.000.000. Aktien in München zu 0,001 ? gekauft hat, erhält 50 Aktien als Dividende, was bei diesem Preis stolze 5 Cent beträgt.
