Roivant evtl. der König der LNP Technologie?

Eröffne hier einmal ein Forum von dem ich, zu mindestens derzeit, noch nicht wissen kann, wo die ganze Angelegenheit wird enden wollen. Vermutlich ist unter all den diversen Patentinhabern der LNP Technologie, Roviant (ROIV) der vermeintliche König. Da die mRNA Technologie vermutlich bahnbrechende Dinge, unter Nutzung der LNP Technologie, in der Zukunft wird leisten können, dürfte Roivant neben Arbutus (ABUS) den absoluten "Goldstandart" darstellen können. Noch allerdings, haben die Gerichte das letzte Wort darüber nicht gesprochen, wer, wie, welches Patent sein Eigen nennen darf. Gerne sind hier weitere Meinungen zzgl. Recherchen mit Quellenangaben herzlich willkommen. Bitte hier ausdrücklich um ein Miteinander, und keine Einzeiler, wie z.B. oh wir steigen, ah wir fallen, oder das sich beschäftigen (verunglimpfen, beleidigen, beschuldigen) der Teilnehmer untereinander, sollte hier kein Platz sein, also ?Nerver? und ?Nagartiere? unerwünscht. BASEL (Dow Jones)--Roche hat die Übernahme des Unternehmens Telavant Holdings von Roivant Sciences und Pfizer vereinbart. Der Deal hat einen Wert von bis zu 7,25 Milliarden US-Dollar und sichert dem Unternehmen die Rechte an einer Therapie für entzündliche Darmerkrankungen und potenziell mehrere andere Indikationen, wie der Schweizer Pharmakonzern mitteilte.

Roche wird 7,1 Milliarden Dollar im Voraus zahlen und eine kurzfristige Meilensteinzahlung von 150 Millionen Dollar leisten, um die Rechte für die Entwicklung und Herstellung von Telavants Medikamentenkandidat RVT-3101 zu erwerben und ihn in den USA und in Japan zu vermarkten.

Telavant wurde im vergangenen Jahr von Roivant und Pfizer gemeinsam gegründet, um RVT-3101 in den USA und Japan zu entwickeln und zu vermarkten. Roivant hält einen Anteil von 75 Prozent und Pfizer die restlichen 25 Prozent, so Roche.
