In September 2004, the Company extended its capabilities and business opportunities when it licensed the broad patent assets and technological know how of MVSystems, Inc. The purpose of this plan is to capitalize on what XsunX foresees as an elegant way to integrate applications for alternative energy technologies into some of the most commonly used building materials ? architectural glass, plastics and thin-films.
