Die Filings auf Seiten der SEC sind nun einmal die offiziellen Informationen der Companies. Ähnlich wie Bundesanzeiger, CompaniesHouse etc..

...von daher habe ich mich auf nichts "gestürzt". Das ist DEINE Auslegung.

Meine Absicht ist es, zu informieren. Und hier gab es noch keinen Link auf die Unternehmensdaten.

Der andere Thread ist leider nicht sehr aussagekräftig. Burans App ist wohl defekt. ;-)

Each unit will consist of the following: (i) one ChroMedX common share; (ii) one-half common share purchase warrant, each whole warrant entitling the holder to acquire one ChroMedX common share at an exercise price of CDN$0.15 for a period of twelve (12) months following issuance of the warrant; and (iii) one-half common share purchase warrant, each whole warrant entitling the holder to acquire one ChroMedX common share at an exercise price of CDN$0.25 for a period of eighteen (18) months following issuance of the warrant. The ChroMedX common shares, and any common shares to be issued on exercise of the warrants, will be subject to a four month hold period commencing from the date of issuance. "

dass die firma ein fake ist,nur weil ein herr pollinger vllt seine aktien verkauft,was der unterschied zwischen den banken,pollinger,seeking alpha,haiko usw.... .
 

Moment mal das es ein fake ist habe ich nie geschrieben, kann doch ich nix dafür das du nur Müll kaufst,bez von einer pleite in die andere rutscht

SD chat ist geil aber HAIKO gehört weg,wenn wer zustimmen möchte,meldet ein "interessant "wenn er weg muss.
