(Gag am Rande.. Der Kurs steht gerade auf den Cent genau wie am Tagestief des Absturzes beim Scheitern von MM-121 am 19.10.2018... Ist aber natürlich reiner Zufall.. Nur eine Anomalie in der Börsengeschichte)

Hab ich was verpasst?.. Kommt ein Meilenstein oder eine Dividende?
 

MACK hat keine Mitarbeiter mehr und verdient nur über Meilensreinzahlungen.
Wird es das Unternehmen auch in Zukunft geben oder ist mit einem Delisting zu rechnen?  

Das weiß ich nicht. Nach meinem Verständnis wird es die Firma (gelistet) nur solange geben bis alle möglichen Meilensteine geflossen sind. (Oder feststeht, dass sie nicht mehr fließen werden/können).

Vielleicht kauft sich auch jemand die ausstehenden Projekte und/oder sogar die ausstehenden Meilensteine. Dann könnte nach Zahlung einer großen Dividende ein Delisting erfolgen.

Keine News zu finden, weil es keine gab. Geht nur um die Ipsen-Präsentation von gestern, die einen Meilenstein nach sich ziehen könnte.
Ich schau gleich nochmal den Chart an. Nach Meilenstein oder Dividende geht's hier meist hart wieder runter.  

Das Volumen heute ist ja der Knaller.

 

Nun müsste man nur noch wissen wie hoch der Meilenstein wäre und wann er kommt..

Heiße Wette auf Onivyde? Angeblich könnten im nächsten Quartal vorläufige Ergebnisse bekannt gegeben werden. Topline Ergebnisse werden in 2022 erwartet. Alles steht und fällt mit den Studienergebnissen bzw. der Zulassungsentscheidung. Zuletzt gab ein einige Insider-Käufe, allerdings noch zu Kursen von 3,..$

Dieser weitere Anstieg ist doch etwas überraschend.
Wohl reine Spekulation über die Höhe des zu erwartenden Meilensteins !?
