Erholt sich der Kurs noch einmal, wenn wir hier erst die 0,15? gesehen haben...?? Glaube schon bals nicht mehr daran. Hat her noch wer Minus gemacht?? urde ja immer als sicheres Invest von einem User dargestellt...und nun ???

.....oder freue dich über die nochmal so günstigen Einstiegskurse,die du ohne die Beendigung das ADR Programms u. den anschliessenden Sell-off der Paniker wohl kaum nochmal gesehen hättest.

An officer from the Security Industries Authority which looks after enforcement and Licensing of Security Companies in PNG is in the Autonomous Region of Bougainville running meetings on security and development of the industry in the region.

Alphones Krau, from the Securities Industries Authority in Port Moresby, told New Dawn FM that his trip was to observe the work of security companies in the Region and to recommend ways of strengthening their activities.

A meeting with security companies and any other interested people will be held at the Kuri Village Resort conference room this Friday at 10 am.


Mr Krau said that he would like Police, Council and other interested people to attend the meeting.

wäre eine Beschwerde an die deutschen Finanzmarktaufsicht ( vielleicht in Deuschland anderer Name ) nicht eine wirksame Möglichkeit gegen die exorbitant hohen ADR Tauschspesen ? Unsere ADR's sind am Finanzplatz Frankfurt oder München gekauft worden, und so kann BoNY nicht das ADR Programm einstellen und Spesen in Höhe von etwa 15 % des Kurswertes in Rechnung stellen für eine EINFACHE Umbuchung einer Wertpapierkennung !!!  
Ich finde 1 $ct wäre eine fürstliche Entlohnung für den Tausch !
Hat jemand einen guten Draht zu dieser Finanzmarktaufsicht ?

vergiß es. Das ist bei den ADRs nun mal part of the deal. Schau auf die Page von BoNY und Du wirst sehen, dass sie bei allen ADR-Einstellungen die 0,05 +12,50 verlangt haben.  

dann wird es Zeit, dass wir uns in Europa emanzipieren. Die ADR's wurden in Europa gehandelt und so sollte doch die Rechtmäßigkeit dieser Spesen kontrolliert werden dürfen! Bei einer Aktie mit Kurswert 5 EUR sind 5$ct prozentuell nicht viel, aber bei 0,23 EUR sind dies eben etwa 15 %.  Auch sind die Stückzahlen beim Tausch zumindest Faktor 10.
Ich habe von meiner Bank eine Übersichtsdatei über Umtauschspesen ( nicht zu einer ADR Beendigung ) erhalten, in der

Diese Datei wurde später alledings von meiner Bank als ungültig erklärt !?!?

Also so fix sind Spesen offenbar nicht vereinbart. Spesen - so sagt mein Wortverständnis - ist ein Entgeld für den getätigten Aufwand. Bei Tausch von einer Wertpapierkennung auf eine andere Kennung ( Umbuchung ) entsteht Aufwand nahe Null ! Überdies wir ADR Programm nicht von BOC beendet sondern von der BoNY !
Und wir BOC'ler wollen doch nicht die Gewinne der BoNY mit unseren Spesenzahlungen pushen.  

...dann würde ich aus Sicht von BONY gegenhalten:

1) Kann ich doch nix dafür, dass die Schrottaktien so weit fallen und die Umtauschgebühren relativ so stark ins Gewicht fallen
2) Wegen der Umtschauschgeühren waren die ADR ja auch systematisch billiger
2) Zwingt Dich ja keiner dazu, ADRs zu kaufen  

...habe von der ganzen ADR Proplematik zwecks Urlaub nicht alles mitbekommen...

Die entscheidene Frage ist für mich, wie sieht es mit der Besteuerung von dem Gewinn aus?
(Vielleicht fällt ja irgend wann mal einer an :-))

Wenn die Entwicklung in die von uns gewünschte Richtung geht, kann man doch die Gebühren vernachlässigen, die 25% Steuer fallen doch viel mehr ins Gewicht, wenn der Umtausch als Ein- und Ausbuchung behandelt wird.

Wäre nett, wenn hierzu jemand den aktuellen Stand berichten könnte.

Hat denn schon jemand getauscht?

kann ich nur sagen, wer hält stärker gegen ? Wir leben nicht mehr unter den Raubrittern. Also sind solche Aufsichtsbehörden am Börseplatz Deutschland sicher auch zuständig!

wenn das Wörtchen WENN nicht wäre.
Wenn BOC aufsperrt, sehe ich die 0,05$ct auch nicht als Problem.
ABER
Wenn BOC nicht aufsperrt, dann schmeiße ich zusätzlich die 0,05$ct beim Fenster raus und den Rachen der BoNY.
Eben aus diesem Grunde habe ich ADR's gekauft, dass ich geringere Einstiegskurse habe, und damit ggf.weniger Verlust mache.  

..........dass die BoNY auch schon 5 ct kassiert hat um die Orgs in ADRs zu wandeln.

Darum notieren die ADRs in USA i.d.R. auch ein paar ct höher als die Originale.

AUTONOMOUS Bougainville Government (ABG) President James Tanis has supported a call for Chinese investment in the region.
Mr Tanis said that former Bougainville Governor John Momis?s call for Bougainville to consider China as an investment partner made a lot of business sense.
Mr Tanis said this when he welcomed Mr Momis home for a visit after four years as Papua New Guinea?s ambassador to the People?s Republic of China,
Mr Momis, known as the ?father of the PNG Constitution?, is the third Bougainvillean to serve in PNG?s overseas missions since independence. The first was Sir Alexis Sarei who served as ambassador to the United States in New York followed by the late Peter Tsiamalili, who served in Fiji and Brussels.
Mr Tanis said that many countries were looking towards China for investment opportunities and PNG should do likewise.
He said that he was also interested in engaging China?s assistance in the agriculture sector.
Mr Tanis said however that, his government needed a clearly defined foreign investment policy that would act as a guide in line with the Bougainville peace agreement and the National Government understanding of the process of drawing down of powers to Bougainville.
He said the Bougainville executive council of which he is chairman, met on Friday to consider matters relating to the region?s economic and foreign investment policy.
The council also discussed funding of a business seminar for national and foreign participants.
Mr Tanis said the seminar was being organised by the division of commerce and industry and he hoped that resolutions from the meeting would form the basis of the ABG?s economic and investment policy.  

Bisher existiert 1 Schriftstück, die Aufzeichnung einer "Fragestunde" iS ADR-einstufung, bei dem ein Mitarbeiter des BMF der Ansicht war, bei dieser Form der Kapitalmaßnahme wäre die Aus/Einbuchung nicht steuerneutral. Ich versuche, die Quell-Url hier reinzustellen.  Was wir bisher von verschiedenen Direktbanken wissen, halten die sich (leider) an diese Einstufung, man kann jedoch davon ausgehen, daß es eine Reihe von Anfechtungen geben wird.  Ich hab derzeit eine schriftliche Anfrage an meine Bank eingereicht, mit der Bitte um schriftliche Antwort: ich möchte wissen, wie im fall eines späteren Veräußerungsgewinnes die Einstandskosten berechnet werden, wenn der Korb sowohl aus "alten" Originalen wie ADRs besteht.  So, wie die Anfrage an den Ministerialen erging, konnte man annehmen, daß die Dachverbände eher auf Kundenseite waren und von einem steuerirrelevanten Schritt ausgingen. Ich möchte auch von meiner bank wissen, für wie bindend die just jene Äußerung aus einem Mund halten, bei der ich die Begründung nicht verstanden habe. AUTONOMOUS Bougainville Government President James Tanis last week thanked the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) for its continued support to the Bougainville peace process and the weapons disposal and reconciliation programme in Bougainville.
Mr Tanis was speaking at a farewell ceremony for the UNDP country representative, Jaqueline Badcock, in Buka last Friday.
He said that the ABG acknowledged the continued support of the UNDP for the final phase of peace and reconciliation ceremonies on the island.
He said that since his election as president, he had committed all his efforts to the ongoing peace process on Bougainville and would need more support from the UNDP.
On behalf of the people of Bougainville, Mr Tanis wished Ms Badcock well in her future endeavours.

A report from New Dawn FM?s Aloysius Laukai, who is now in Port Moresby, said the official opening session was held yesterday and that ABG President, Hon James Tanis, is attending the meeting today.

It is hoped that the outstanding appointment of the Chief Administrator for Bougainville will be finalised at the meeting.

Since the death of the former Chief Administrator Peter Tsiamalili in 2006, Bougainville has had many acting chief administrators.

THE Government Implementation Fund for the Autonomous Region of Bougainville has hit the agenda again for the session of the Joint Supervisory Body meeting officially opened at the March Girls Resort outside Port Moresby on Monday.
The JSB, with objectives and functions being to promote, support and generally help consultations, co-operation and prevention and resolution disputes, in accordance with the PNG Constitution discussed many other issues pertaining to the way for Bougainville to progress.
A referendum together with the 2010 ABG elections is now high on the agenda for discussions and decisions would have been made by close of business on Monday.
These also include the long awaited administrator?s appointment, the overall implementation of the 15 step agreed strategic framework for a process for transfer of mining, oil and gas functions and powers from the National Government to ABG. In the last JSB meeting the weapons disposal program and reconciliations were also high on the agenda. There would have been serious discussions on this issues also.
Deputy Prime Minister Sir Puka Temu led the National Government team while ABG President James Tanis led his Bougainville team.
GIF is a multi-million-kina budget jointly provided by the Australian Government under the AusAID program and the New Zealand Aid, which also makes part of the ABG Budget but is managed privately to assist the administration build the region.
This issue was discussed for the stringent rules surrounding it. The other issues of negotiations in the JSB on Monday also included the consultation on preparation of a referendum, the 2010 elections, Border Development Authority, Bougainville trade missions and the World War II remains of Torokina.
Acting director for National Co-ordination Office of Bougainville Affairs Ellison ToWallom on Monday advised a joint statement would be made by Sir Puka Temu and President Tanis on Tuesday morning at the MRA office.

Könnte auch sein dass in POM erwas vom JSB Meeting durchgesickert ist,auch dort gibt es Leute mit grossen Ohren ;-)))  

Nach dem Profit Hunter Update haben wohl etliche das gigantische BCL Potential erkannt welches gehoben wird wenn sich PNG,ABG,BOC u. Landeigner in einem gemeinsamen Statement zur Wiedereröffnung bekennen.;-)))))))
