Ob es morgen früh so positiv weiter geht wie es am Freitag in Berlin auf hörte.  

Hi bin neu hier, bin in der aktie seit 2011 investiert mal weniger mal mehr. Glaube auch das es demnächst los geht...... hoffe ich doch!!! bin bisher nur stiller mitleser gewesen.

 

wird bekanntlich bei den amis vorgegeben, wenn es also dort bis auf 1$ steigen sollte, wird auch hier der große run ausbrechen..  

kann mir vorstellen dass die amis nochmals versuchen werden den kurs zu drücken, bevor die neue info über das meeting in new york oder irgendeine andere news über den verity field day bekannt geben wird, ist natürlich auch riski jetzt noch zu solch günstigenpreisen abzugeben, da man ja den genauen zeitpunkt nicht kennt...bleibt auf jeden fall spannend!  

das mit der vrty werbung konntest ja auch nicht richtig lesen und hattest es als off-topic gemeldet, wie kommts dass du plötzlich dass was drüben bei den amis gepostet wird, richtig interpretieren willst, lol  

vielleicht sollten manche erst einmal Englisch lernen.

Appointment of Edward J. Jakos

Effective September 6, 2013, Edward J. Jakos, CPA, was appointed as a member of the Board of Directors of Verity Corp. (the ?Corporation?).

Mr. Jakos joined Verity Farms, LLC in 2012 as Operations Manager and was appointed Chief Financial Officer in May 2013. From 2005 to 2012, Mr. Jakos was a Senior Accountant with CNA Surety. From 2000 to 2005, Mr. Jakos worked as an accountant for Great West Casualty Company. From 1986 through 2005, Mr. Jakos held various positions in financial and accounting matters. Mr. Jakos received a BS in Forestry from North Carolina State University.

There is no understanding or arrangement between Mr. Jakos and any other person pursuant to which Mr. Jakos was selected as a director of the Corporation.  Mr. Jakos does not have any family relationship with any director, executive officer or person nominated or chosen by us to become a director or executive officer.

Effektive 6. September 2013, wurde Edward J. Jakos, CPA, als Mitglied des Board of Directors von Verity Corp (das "Unternehmen") ernannt.

Mr. Jakos beigetreten Verity Farms, LLC im Jahr 2012 als Operations Manager und wurde zum Chief Financial Officer Mai 2013. Von 2005 bis 2012 war Herr Jakos ein Senior Accountant mit CNA Bürgschaft. aber irgendwie hatte das vorhin nicht richtig funktioniert..
also ich habe vorhin schon an vrty paar adressen geschickt unter anderem börse berlin die sie jetzt auch auf der website haben, ariva und unseren thread haben sie jetzt auch :) und ich habe ihnen auch noch paar adressen von biobauernhöfen usw. gesendet, wenn ihr auch noch paar interessante links hättet, könnt ihr sie hier reinstellen oder als bm an mich, undich send sie dann weiter...leute das wird noch richtig gut..ist aber nur meine meinung und keine kaufempfehlung..

Betrifft aber natürlich nicht nur vrty alleine....  

was bei dem meeting in new york für infos kommen, wer weiß ob vrty in zukunft auch an weiteren börsenplätzen gehandelt werden kann...  

welcher börsenplatz wäre dir denn lieber ?  

sind schon wie angekündigt von vrty in der pipeline..könnte also nicht mehr alzu lange dauern bis es kaboooooooooooooooooooooom macht..nur meine meinung..
