GOOD NEWS ? Antwort vonO´Neill heute erhalten:
Hi Peter,
Thanks for questions
While our share price has certainly been pressure lately, this is caused by a combination of factors. When silver and gold prices dropped dramatically in November, and stayed that way until January, the majority of precious metals companies share prices dropped, and we were no exception. Also, we had a significant number of outstanding warrants exercised, that expired January 20. That put pressure on our share price. These have now all been exercised. Then we had the normal late November/December selling that is usual in Canada at this time of the year, and is now over. Don't forget that in January last year our share price was C$0.05 cents and we are starting off this year at C$0.15 cents, or three times the share price.
Work at the mine was suspended in December due to the severity of the winter storms, that were the worst for 30 years, since 1986, , especially the number of ice storms. As you know, ice and snow storms cause significant disruptions in all commerce, and the entire western part of the US has been affected for two months now.
Work is recommencing at the mine this week and we expect to start the crushing and upgrading process as quickly as possible next week . Attached please find our latest news release.
Re your comments about the debentures, yes we have to pay interest on it, however, we have avoided massive dilution that would have occurred if we had financing at a low share price. We have all the necessary equipment on site to commence processing and we should have positive results on the pretty soon
Best regards

Hi Graeme, thanks for your last answer half year ago. As I told you, I am from Germany, and in contact with other german shareholders. We are disappointed as the share price is again at rock bottom. We read your last anouncement: http://www.stockhouse.com/news/press-releases/...-resource-investment I see the photo with much of snow. Does that mean that the works at the site has come to a standstill? Is there any income for the company? Does it mean that we have to wait till snow is melted? You told me last time that 2000 tons of silver ore are on dump in front of the mine. Is that material already processed ore is this still under snow? If I understand your report from may 2016 right, the company has to pay 12% interest rates for 2 million $ debt - but no income? how is that possible? I understand that the creditor gets shares for the interest rates. But with no revenue for the company, the share price will fall and fall. I hope, the company will produce some silver or other things which is worth money, that you and we as shareholders see a silver and golden future. Maybe you have also good news from the now happening Vancouver Resource Investment Conference. I would be glad to hear good news from you to tell to the other shareholders in Germany. Thanks for answering, Peter
