Proton Power Systems plc (AIM: PPS), the designer, developer and producer of fuel cells and fuel cell electric hybrid systems with a zero-carbon footprint, announces that it has today been informed that, between 6 and 24 September 2019, SFN Cleantech Investment Ltd ("SFN"), a company in which Dr Faiz Nahab, CEO of the Company, has a 2% interest in the issued share capital, sold 385,000 ordinary shares in Proton ("Ordinary Shares") on the Frankfurt stock exchange at an average price of EUR 0.2821 per Ordinary Share and 15,000 ordinary shares in Proton ("Ordinary Shares") on the London stock exchange at an average price of GBP 0.25 per Ordinary Share
Following the above transaction SFN holds 595,879,682 Ordinary Shares representing 91.9 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
