und acumulated deficit: 282,726,865 $

und wie sie es finanziert haben...

ist zwar alles nachvollziehbar, der druck ist aber auch imens, es gibt jetzt kein weg zurück.

erkläre mal was du meinst

ich kann nicht genau nachvollziehen was du damit sagen möchtest.
upda mußte doch über die dilution geld besorgen. oder was passt daran nicht?

ich bin mir nur nicht ganz sicher ob es nicht besser gewesen wäre das ganze etwas langsamer anzugehen und erste quellen sprudeln zu lassen bzw. das geschäft mit den kondensat handel selbst zu behalten und die firma mal soweit zu bringen das die geld bringt.
wenn auch nur wenig übrigbleibt, es ist ein cashflow vorhanden und vielleicht leichter möglich einen kredit zu bekommen.

ich muss aber zugeben mich bei derartigen dingen zu wenig auszukennen.

weiters meine bedenken zum geldbesorgen über miramar. hier wäre dilution über die börse besser gewesen.
auch die aktien die sich mal kamal so selbst genehmigt und 1 mille dafür gibt sind nicht in ordnung. ich glaub der hat nämlich einige monate vorher aktien verkauft.

Jetzt sind mittlerweile 11 Tage vergangen, nachdem das 10-QSB von UPDA veröffentlicht worden ist, und kein einziger hat sich bisher die Frage gestellt, warum "nur" 787 Mio. Aktien mit Stand 01.08.2007 als "Outstanding Shares of Common Stocks" angegeben worden sind, obwohl die meisten (und da zähle ich mich auch dazu) noch weitaus mehr erwartet hatten...

"The Issuer had 787,362,278 shares of its common stock, par value $.001 per share, issued and outstanding as of August 1, 2007"


Widersprüchlich ist (wie man bereits seit sehr langer Zeit gewohnt ist) mal wieder folgende Aussage aus dem 10-QSB von CFUL:

"Dividends
On August 1, 2007, 18,169,545 shares of common stock were issued as dividends to UPDA shareholders in connection with the UPDA conversion."


Das heißt doch nichts anderes, als daß nach dem Ex-date (09.07.2007 mit Valuta 11.07.2007) bereits 908.477.250 Aktien (Common Stocks) auf dem Markt waren...

...wie kann es dann sein, daß 3 Wochen später "nur noch" 787,362,278 Aktien (mit Stand 01.08.2007) deklariert werden, obwohl bereits 3 Wochen vorher die Anzahl um läpische 120 Mio. höher lag ???

Um dies zu klären, hatte ich unmittelbar nach dem Erscheinen eine mal wieder "unangenehme" email an "unseren" Communications-Manager" Baker geschickt und wie erwartet.....KEINE Antwort bekommen...

Vieleicht kommt irgendwann (nächstes Jahr ?) ein sogenanntes 10-QSB Amend raus (wie im letzten Jahr, in dem 3 10-QSBs Amend gleichzeitig gekommen sind und die zuvor veröffentlichten ersetzt hatten), wo dann (leider zu spät) die richtige Anzahl angegeben werden wird...wer weis...  

...und bevor jetzt noch einer der wenigen "Oberschlauen" auf die Idee kommt mit folgender Erklärung, daß man in diesen 3 Wochen wohl 120 Mio. zurückgekauft hat, dem rate ich dringenst, mal beim TA anzurufen...
