July 02, 2007 09:05 AM Eastern Daylight Time Continental Fuels June Condensate Deliveries Up Over 400% - 72,000 Barrels Sold On Increased Margins PORT OF BROWNSVILLE, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Final sales figures for the month of June demonstrate that Continental Fuels, Inc. (OTCBB:CFUL)(FWB:CNDI)(GER:CNDI)(BCN:CNDI) delivered approximately 72,000 barrels of light crude condensate, up from about 16,000 barrels sold during the month of May. Continental has also determined that its gross margin on those sales increased substantially from previous months. “Increased volume creates increased margins,” confirmed Continental CEO Tim Brink. “And with the storage facility operating at no more than 70% of capacity, there remains room for further growth in Brownsville. We have already made arrangements to begin to receive supply shipments 7 days a week, now including Sundays, and we continue to expand our financial capabilities and to explore operational opportunities which will also result in continued growth. Considering the accomplishments of our first few months, we are very optimistic going forward.” Continental Fuels, Inc. is a subsidiary of Universal Property Development and Acquisition Corporation (OTCBB:UPDA)(FWB:UP1)(BCN:UP1)(GER:UP1)(MUN:UP1)(STU:UP1).
