Der erste Cashflow wird gerade generiert ( Das erste Schiff wird beladen ) und einen Handelsvertrag über 5 Jahre konnten sie auch abschließen. könnt ihr mir sagen welche BHP-Aktiengattung man kaufen muss um Dividende zu erhalten? Es gibt ja die BHP Billtion Plc und es gibt die BHP Billition Ltd. Welche muss man haben um die Dividende zu bekommen?

Egal ist es sicher nicht, aber beides macht Sinn. Kommt immer auf die persönliche Situation an und in welchem Land man sich eben als Investor befindet.

Beispiel: BHPs PLC hat den größten Handel an den deutschen Börsenplätzen (Xetra, Tradegate). Für jemand aus Deutschland macht es daher oft Sinn eben die PLC zu kaufen.

Der andere große Punkt sind Währungseinflüsse: Die PLC richtet sich nach dem BHP Kurs in London, die LTD nach dem Kurs in Australien.

Dann gibt es auch noch steuerliche Einflüsse.
