AXIA boooooooomt!

oh man was macht man wenn man über ing-diba die axia nicht kaufen kann?
weinen? xD

mal sehen  

lieber calvin klein, du hast dir bereits so viel leid durchs nicht-besitzen von axia-aktien erspart. sei froh, dass du keine (mehr) kaufen kannst.  

Ich glaube, dass der Zeitpunkt gut
ist, um ein paar +1000% zu machen...  

Ich glaube, Jeff hat von vornherein sein
Engagement in China nur deshalb so stark
vorangetrieben, weil er schon damals wusste,
dass er diesen Teilbereich versilbern will.
Wir wussten doch sogar, dass das ganze eine
Nummer zu groß ist für Axia. Wie soll dieser
kleine Laden bitte eine ganze Stadt aufbauen,
wenn sie nicht mal 5 Mio Dollar Cash für die
Finanzierung haben. Aber Jeff hat so getan,
als ob er dort eine große Firma errichten will,
um sie möglichst gewinnbringend zu verkaufen!
Und genau DAS versucht er nun! Jeff ist Geschäftsmann!

In Sri Lanka wurden die Weichen gestellt:

-SOS Kinderdöfer:
Das Projekt über 250 Häuser müsste so gut wie abgeschlossen sein.
Jeff sollte insgesamt über 1,85 Mio Dollar reinbekommen! Noch in
diesem Sommer!

-REEL:
Das zweistöckige (!) Modelhaus wurde gebaut. Reel
war zufrieden. Folgeaufträge sollten kommen.

-Telecom:
Die Telecom auf Sri Lanka hat Axia beauftragt,
kleine Häuschen für sie zu bauen. Auftrag erfüllt.
Auch hier könnten FOlgeaufträge kommen.

-Fabrik von Axia in Sri Lanka:
Um die Kosten zu senken, will Axia eine eigene Fabrik
in Sri Lanka bauen. Dazu soll ein Partner bei der
Finanzierung helfen. Evtl. eine chinesische Firma.
SObald der China-Deal erledigt ist, sollten auch
bezüglich der Fabrik neue Infos kommen.


--> Axia darf insgesamt 5 Milliarden Aktien auf den Markt
bringen. Beim jetzigen Kurs hätte Axia dann eine MK von
nur 1 Million Dollar! Aktuell sind rund 1 Milliarde Aktien
auf dem Markt. Aktuelle MK: 200.000 Dollar! Bei potenziellen
Aufträgen von 2 bis 8 Mio Dollar für 2007 ist Axia aktuell
extrem unterbewertet! 30.000 Prozent sollten möglich sein ;-)  

Leider habe ich auch einmal ein paar Stück gekauft. Doch was in diesem Board geschrieben wird (von einer Person) ist der letzte Müll. Diese Aktie ist tot, wie man ja jeden Tag sehen kann.  

genau so ist es. Jeff verarscht uns weiter, alles nur große Märchen.  

Nun sollte Axia mal laufen
fast alle Pennys sind schon gelaufen
Axia tut sich schwer, zum Glück kanns nicht viel weiter runter
also heute mal 1000% nach OBEN  

 

Kann es denn ohne reverse-split bei 0,0001 überhaupt noch weiter runter gehen?  

Sollte Jeff sein Versprechen halten,
müsste der China-Deal bis zum Wochenende
abgeschlossen sein. Ich rechne also mit
news Anfang nächster Woche! Vielleicht aber
sogar schon morgen. Oder sogar heute???

Die range im ask und bid reichen
schon jetzt von 0,0001 bis 0,0009.
Das sind fast 1000% Unterschied!
Axia könnte also innerhalb eines
Tages um 1000% steigen! Innerhalb
von zwei Tagen sind 5000% drin.
Und innerhalb von drei Tagen evtl.
sogar 30.000%! Würde mich nicht
wundern, wenn Axia nächste Woche
kurz mal bei 0,005 steht ;-)

Welche ist nun die interessanteste? Wer könnte mir da einen Tip geben? DANKE!!!

Der Umsatz an gehandelten shares
ist in den letzten Tagen stark
zurück gegangen. Letzte Woche
und davor wurden täglich noch
weit über 100 Mio shares gehandelt.
In den letzten Tagen nur 20 bis
40 Mio shares. Umgerechnet also
4000 bis 8000 Euro! Dilution scheint
also vorbei zu sein. Vielleicht sogar
für immer ;-) Wenn Jeff heute schon
mit den news zum China-Deal rausrückt,
dann könnte Axia bei diesen kleinen
Umsätzen mehrere tausend Prozent zulegen!
So wie DIE hier ;-)

Das wär´s!  

Sollten wir das wiklich noch mal erleben, dann hoch die Tassen und die Rente einreichen  

Ich stelle mir den China-Deal so vor:

Eine chinesische Baufirma kauft Axias
Chinageschäft ab. Für die von Jeff bereits
veröffentlichten Konditionen. Nur dass nicht
nur Axia-Aktionäre Aktienanteile an der neuen
Firma erhalten, sondern die Firma selbst bei
Axia einsteigt, sagen wir mit 500 Mio Aktien.
Damit hätten sie mehr Einfluss auf Jeff und die
Geschäftspartner würden gegenseitig von ihren
Entwicklungen parallel profitieren. Und das BESTE
für UNS wäre:

Wenn eine andere Firma so viele Aktien von Axia
hält, dürfte das die Shortseller fern halten und
ein kontinuierlich sinkender Aktienkurs wäre
Vergangenheit. Denn wie Jeff schon geschrieben
hat: Durch die Kooperation wäre die Ausgabe von
vielen Millionen Aktien über die Börse vielleicht
nicht mehr so dringend notwendig. Bisher finanziert
Axia seine Aufträge über den Verkauf von Aktien.
Das eingenommene Kapital wird für Arbeiter und Material
investiert. Wenn aber ein großer Partner bei der
Finanzierung in Zukunft hilft, könnte der Aktienkurs
endlich nachhaltig steigen!

Und bis Ende 2008 sollten wir eh bei 0,30 Dollar stehen,
so wurde es mit MicroConstruction vereinbart. Also:
Der China-Deal sollte uns in neue Dimensionen katapultieren!

New Companies Act to be taken to effect from 01st April

Government will be putting the New Companies Act No 07 of 2007 in full effect from 01st April, 2007 and it will repeal the former Companies Act No. 17 of 1982, Companies (Special Provisions) Law No. 19 of 1974 and Foreign Companies (Special Provisions) Law No. 9 of 1975.

According to the statement of the Dr. Harsha Cabraal, PC, the new Companies Act, is a user friendly statute which follows the provisions and principles of innovative corporate law of developed jurisdictions which was indeed a graduation in Sri Lanka?s company law.

A key feature of the statute is the introduction of the solvency test while guaranteeing greater protection for minority shareholders by introducing minority buy out rights at a fair price.

The new legislation has also introduced a simplified and modernized concept which eradicates the Memorandum of Association, the recognition of private companies, public companies and listed limited liability public companies.

Furthermore, the concept of peoples companies will be withdrawn and existing peoples companies will be considered as limited companies.

The new Act is projected to encourage entrepreneurship not only in Colombo but in the rural areas providing the much needed economic momentum.

The Act No. 07 of 2007 will also safeguard the interests of all stakeholders, which includes the directors, major shareholders, minority shareholders, creditors etc.

At this time, until further due diligence is completed and the Final Agreement is executed, we are not at liberty to disclose the Purchasing Party or additional details, although I can say that the Purchaser is comprised of individuals who have extensive experience with the panel technology and the company will be dedicated to marketing the panel technology system.

"How does this deal affect and benefit Axia and its shareholders? We plan to use some of the cash from the deal to increase our capabilities in Sri Lanka, where tremendous opportunities await. This includes potentially building a panel production plant in Sri Lanka, as well as bolstering our management team in the region. Should we be able to sufficiently increase our business and production in the region, I personally would like to see some of the cash from this transaction and collected royalties be offered to shareholders as dividends. However, this needs to be decided at a later time.

"We will dividend to shareholders the stock Axia receives from the Purchasing company. The amount of stock that we are receiving is still being negotiated, but should be equivalent to a significant portion of the Purchases' issued and outstanding shares. Again more details will be made available shortly.

"The Purchaser has also agreed to help Axia establish its own panel production plant in Sri Lanka, which would be of great benefit to Axia. With our own plant in the region, our cost of material would be significantly lessened making our company more competitive and our projects potentially more profitable. We would also seek to export panels to other countries in the region which are beginning to adopt the panel method for construction.

"Overall, I believe this is a good, beneficial deal for Axia and for its shareholders. It allows us to focus on a key region that wants us to expand our capabilities. It gives us much needed resources to grow. Finally, this transaction gives Axia shareholders direct participation in the Purchaser's efforts though stock and potentially through cash dividends as well. I will have complete disclosure on this transaction as soon as we complete the Final Agreement."

 

Also die news sind leider mal wieder keine news.
Jeff erzählt nichts neues, außer, dass er den
Vertrag noch immer nicht unterschrieben hat.
Klingt für mich, als ob es noch Monate dauern
könnte, bis ein OTC BB Wert in Axia investiert.

Vielleicht wird aber am Ende doch nichts draus...
irgendwie typisch Jeff, oder? Hoffen wir, dass
kein Re-Split kommt und der Kurs langsam wieder
steigt. Wir werden mal wieder vertröstet und müssen
wohl oder übel abwarten. Überlege nun, meine
100 Mio shares ;-) kurzfristig wieder zu verkaufen
und in eine andere Aktie zu investieren...

Naja. Immerhin stehen bei Axia auch noch andere news an:

-Quartalszahlen zum ersten Quartal
-Folgeaufträge von REEL und Telecom
-Neue Engagements in Sri Lanka

Aber wann diese news kommen, und ob sie nicht
auch wieder nach hinten verschoben werden, so
wie wir es von Jeff gewöhnt sind... ich weiß nicht!
Was meint ihr?  Abwarten oder raus und zwischenzeitlich
woanders investieren? Will ja Geld verdienen und nicht
hier parken. Habe keine Zeit, auf Jeff zu warten ;-)
