The Board of Directors decided to convene an extraordinary general meeting of the shareholders and recommended that the shareholders approve interim dividends for 9 months of 2021. Taking into account the previously paid dividends for 6 months of 2021, the Board of Directors recommended to pay RUB 26 and 50 kopecks for each ordinary and each preference share (2,650% of the par value), the additional payment shall amount to RUB 9 and 98 kopecks for each ordinary and each preference share.
The extraordinary general meeting of the shareholders will be held on December 29, 2021 and it will be held in the form of absentee voting. The list of persons entitled to participate in the extraordinary general meeting of the shareholders will be formed as of December 5, 2021. The Board of Directors recommended to approve January 10, 2022 as the date on which the persons entitled to receive dividends will be determined.
The Board meeting also hosted the awarding of Damir Mukhametshin, Deputy General Director - Director of the Department of the Public Joint Stock Company TATNEFT in Kazan, who was awarded the Medal of the Order of Merit to the Republic of Tatarstan and the Certificate of Appreciation of the TATNEFT Public Joint Stock Company.
