" Thank you for submitting your Claim. This email serves as a Notice of Distribution for your second and final payment(s) from the Steinhoff Recovery Foundation, with respect to your Claim filed by you or on your behalf in the Steinhoff Group Settlement. Capitalised terms not otherwise defined herein have the meaning ascribed to them in the Steinhoff Settlement Documents. You have previously been notified that your Claim has been Accepted and is therefore entitled to receive a distribution payment. We have already issued or attempted to issue payment pursuant to the relevant Steinhoff Settlement Documents. This additional payment represents a residual payment from undistributed funds and interest accrued in the settlement fund. This is your final payment with respect to the Steinhoff Group Settlement. Please note that this notice is issued in respect of the Steinhoff Group Settlement only. Separate notices of any residual distributions will be issued in respect of the Deloitte and D&O Insurer settlements (if you have opted in) in due course. The residual distribution amount(s) you are entitled to receive for your claim as calculated in accordance with the Steinhoff Allocation Plan are as follows: MPC Settlement Payment (EUR): ? 209.79 Payments will be released on or about 27 June 2024 to the bank account we have on file for your claim, however it may take time for your bank to credit the payment(s) to your account. If you have not received the payment(s) on or before 15 July 2024, please contact our office at Institutions@SteinhoffSettlement.com to check the status of your payment. The payment amount(s) you are entitled to receive have been calculated on a pro rata basis. Therefore, your share of the relevant settlement fund has been calculated against the total of all Claim Values for all eligible claims within this administration. Please additionally note that shares determined to have been traded on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange will be paid in South African Rand (ZAR) and shares determined to have been traded on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange will be paid in Euro (EUR).
