MOSCOW, April 3 - RIA Real Estate. Capital Group and AFK Sistema are investing 15 billion rubles in the construction of a residential complex of three skyscrapers on Michurinsky Avenue in Moscow, Peter Isayev, commercial director of Capital Group, told journalists on Tuesday.

"We and AFK Sistema are equal partners, we work on the terms of full parity," he said.

Construction will be financed mainly at the expense of equity holders, Isayev said.

enorm hoch. verkäufe von projekten oder teilen davon sehe ich positiv, weil es sicher auch cash generiert. den aufbau von einer hotelkette dagegen als eher neutral. das scheint das übliche bild heutzutage zu sein. der reisemarkt ist noch ein wachstumsmarkt (aparthotels Cosmos Sta). wie es in russia mit den hotelmarkt aussieht, kein plan.
