ThinkersGroup.com, a pioneer in Web-to-Wireless Technologies, today announced that it has entered into a letter of intent to establish an exclusive marketing agreement with The Hartcourt Companies, Inc. (OTC:HRCT)(Frankfurt:HCT), www.hartcourt.com.
Under the agreement, Hartcourt and its subsidiaries, StreamingAsia and Sinobull Financial Group, will receive exclusive rights to market ThinkersGroup.com's products and solutions in Greater China, including Hong Kong.
The Hartcourt-ThinkersGroup partnership provides a comprehensive, secure, cost-effective, reliable, easy to adopt, deploy and manage, Chinese web-to-wireless solution for any small to large enterprise. ThinkersGroup will set up their ThinkMotion(TM) Chinese language web-to-wireless service to allow HartCourt to offer this service to their existing and prospective customers in Greater China.
With the addition of ThinkersGroup's "on-the-fly" web-to-wireless applications, Hartcourt's Internet Infrastructure Group will be able to provide cost-effective, highly secure turnkey solutions to the wide market of private and government Chinese businesses looking to evolve within Greater China's wireless Internet space.
