Seamless Peer2Peer, Inc.
Seamless Peer 2 Peer successfully tested the backend secure foundation for the company?s soon to be launched Freek2Freek (www.freek2freek.com) secure social web network.
The testing has proven that because the backbone for Freek2Freek has been built from the ground-up to be safe and secure for users of any age we feel that we will have a significant competitive advantage over other non-secure social networks that potentially risk user identities and personal information.
Seamless expects to launch Freek2Freek to coincide with the beginning of the 2006 school year in order to offer younger social network users and their parents the opportunity to join a protected social network environment.
Upon launch, Freek2Freek will offer many features of security and user verification that other social networks do not because its patented backbone is based upon Seamless Peer 2 Peer's Phenom Secure Private Network layer technology, which allows transmission of data to peers in a transparent manner over conventional IP networks in such a way that information can be shared among peers even if one or more are behind proxies, Firewalls, or NATs. Freek2Freek will be a truly 'safe' online community where everyone who interacts on it will be authenticated and all communications will be encrypted.
The test schedule for the Phenom(TM) Version 3.0 began the last week of June 2006. Test results were good and a more vigorous test schedule will be established next week.
Phenom will be launched this summer and available for sale and Version 3.5 will be available before the end of calendar year 2006. We plan to market Phenom 3.0 through retail, wholesale and direct to end user channels. The price point will range from $49.95 to $149.95 depending on license and capabilities mix. All Phenom tech support will be based in the United States and will be available 24/7.

Seamless Skyy-Fi, Inc.
Seamless Skyy-Fi Wi-Fi has published a white paper entitled ?Courting the Business Traveler: Secure Wi-Fi Hotspot Provision Provides Hoteliers with Competitive Differentiation.?
Energetic competition to lure today?s business traveler has many hotel chains creatively working to expand their business traveler-friendly offerings. Of prime importance to today?s mobile professional is reliable unrestricted access to the Internet, email and corporate resources via their wi-fi enabled laptop.
Most chain hotels have existing wired internet provision in place. The problem is that over the past several years the cabled network infrastructure has aged ? with the cables themselves deteriorating, access outlets breaking ? and technology has continued marching forward, with over 90 percent of all new mobile laptops sold sporting wi-fi capability. The average traveler?s ability to enabling cabled network access is fast becoming a lost art as computer users become more proficient with wi-fi technology.
For today?s business traveler, any hotel not offering some flavor of wireless access places rapidly finds itself at a distinct competitive disadvantage. Wi-Fi service provision can be a valuable revenue source as it does not have to be offered free to guests as business travelers will gladly pay for it as a business expense ? as long as it offers high bandwidth, is robust, reliable and easy to access.
Even more importantly, increasing awareness of the danger of personal and corporate data and identity theft over wireless networks is coming to the forefront of all computer users minds. A hotel chain offering a higher standard of wireless access security to their guests will have a significant competitive advantage in establishing long-term loyalty with computer-savvy business travelers.
Seamless Skyy-Fi provides location-based Wi-Fi services provision for hotel and retail organizations from initial installation, integration, billing management and ongoing service, maintenance and technology upgrades. A copy of the white paper is available upon registration at the www.slwf.net website.
