lieber meidriecher wenn es dem kurs hilft,kannst du mich "petzen" wie du willst. aber lass bitte die frust nicht an mir aus. hier mal einige Überlegungen warum,der Kurs weiter fallen könnte. meiner meinung auch nach der bekanntgabe der zahlen zu einem Kurseinbruch im April kommen wird. How do you know that the ruling was in our favor completely. How do you know Judge Ward didn't say, "I will not allow the testimony of Higgins, but I will allow the defendants to question Moore and Fish as to how they jointly worked on all these patents." And what if a jury came to the conclusion that yes the defendants did infringe but the law says that for the patents to be valid, that the correct inventors names must be on the patent or the patent is unenforceable. It appears to us that Moore invented some and Fish invented others. And what if the Jury decides that you can't infringe on a patent that isn't really a patent, so we will side with the Defendants. I believe this could have been a possible scenario. I bet TT&C and TPLs hand wasn't as solid as you seem to believe. I believe just because the Cali Judge (Fogle I believe) denied Higgins testimony, that Patriot could have pursued the case against TPL by using direct testimony from Moore and Fish. Instead we joined forces with TPL, which I believe was an excellent move.
