wieder mächtig dilution betrieben wird! In den
letzten Wochen wurden schätzungsweise 250 Millionen
neue AKtien rausgehauen. Die Gesamtzahl dürfte sich
auf mindestens 500.000.000 shares belaufen, die
auf dem Markt sind! Und heute kommen wohl nochmal
100 Mio Stück dazu!

Klar! Jeff braucht Geld, um seine Fabriken in Sri
Lanka und China zu bauen, um seine Stripperinnen
zu bezahlen, den dicken Mercedes und die Urlaubsflüge
rund um die Welt... dafür druckt er frische Aktien und
schmeißt sie auf den Markt! Insgesamt hat er eine
genehmigte Aktienanzahl von 5 Milliarden Aktien!!!

5 Milliarden Aktien! Und ein Zehntel davon dürfte erst
im Umlauf sein! Da könnt ihr raten, was noch alles kommt...

Axia Update -- March 15, 2007

I realize the latest public issuances on Axia have been statements and updates rather than news on
more material activities in the company.  This will soon change.  I am preparing the updated financial
statements as well as working to finalize what I believe will be significant events for the company.  At
the same time, many shareholders are asking very fundamental questions about the company.  So as
these developments come together and Axia enters what I see as an exciting new stage, I would like
to expand on what I have said in a prior release.  

Some companies start with a vision, an idea or concept, and build an operation from there.  Axia on
the other hand started with a task ? to build 250 homes in the remote country of Sri Lanka for families
whose lives were devastated by the tsunami of 2004. Honestly, we had no idea what the outcome
would be. Thousands of homes needed to be built, and we believed we had the best technological
solution, but until you throw yourself into a project like this you have no perspective of the risk you
took and the challenges you would have to face.  Yet from this one, not insignificant task, a
remarkable collective of people has come together to create a vision for our company.

Looking forward now, what is Axia about? For one, Axia is about bringing a revolutionary building
technology to a part of the world that desperately needs an alternative.  It is about building faster, yet
also building structures that are stronger, safer.  It is about offering a construction method that is

Für mich klingt das wieder mal nur nach
typischem Blablablabla von Jeff! Der
letzte letter to shareholders kam übrigens
auch kurz bevor ein Re-Split durchgeführt wurde.

Kann gut sein, dass Jeff in den näcshten Wochen
aus einer Million Aktien plötzlich nur noch 1000
Aktien macht und so unser Kapital erneut pulverisiert!

Und er besitzt auch noch diese Dreistigkeit, zu behaupten,
dass Axia die Welt verändere. Genau! Unsere Bankkontowelt!
Jeff arbeitet an den financials, Jeff hofft auf weitere
Aufträge, Jeff ist überzeugt von seiner Geschäftsidee...
blablabla! Das kommt mir alles sehr bekannt vor und erinnert
mich irgendwie an Februar 2006! Meint ihr, dass Axia vom
aktuellen Level (0,0002) vielleicht nochmal einen Rebound hinlegt?

Was könnte Jeff demnach vorhaben?
Sie aus allen Teilen der Welt zurückziehen
und nur noch auf REEL in Sri Lanka konzentrieren.
Ob der da aber endlich gewinnbringende Aufträge an
Land holt, bleibt fraglich. Vielleicht wird er auch
seine Mitarbeiter in Zukunft mit Aktienoptionen bezahlen.
So blöd werden sie aber nicht sein und lieber vorher kündigen ;-)

Was könnte Jeff also sonst noch vorhaben? Vielleicht endlich SFTV mit
AXGJ fudionieren? So intelligent ist er dann wohl doch nicht... also
wird er das tun, was er schon seit Monaten macht: Er versprüht
Optimismus und hofft so, dass irgendjemand seine hunderten von

(XTEL), a privately held company that provides international carrier services. The Agreement calls for MHUS to exchange 500,000 shares of Preferred Stock for 100% of the Common Stock of XChangeTel. Wenn auch nur zehn Prozent von dem Realität werden sollte,
würde Jeff die Insolvenz um vielleicht ein paar Wochen
hinauszögern. Ich bezweifle aber stark, dass wir innerhalb
der nächsten 10 Tage den Vertrag so unterschrieben haben
werden, wie Jeff heute behauptet. Das sind doch nichts als
leere Verprechungen! Jeff hat noch nie gehalten, was er
versprochen hat und seine Aktionäre immer wieder belogen.

Alles deutet auch diesmal wieder darauf hin! Wieso bringt
er die Meldug nicht dann raus, wenn die Verträge tatsächlich
unterschrieben wurden? Wieso nicht erst dann, wenn alles in
trockenen Tüchern ist? Weil es JEFF ist! Und ein Jeff weiß,
wie er seine Aktionäre verarschen kann! Immer erst mal schön
Mut machen und Euphorie verbreiten, um dann doch wieder zu
enttäuschen! Interpretieren wir die news doch mal so, wie
sie wirklich ist, und nicht so, wie Jeff sie verkauft:

Axia zieht sich aus China zurück.
Axia zieht sich aus Dubai zurück.
Axia zieht sich aus Central Amerika zurück.
Axia konzentriert sich nur noch auf Sri Lanka,
wo sie bisher keinen einzigen wirklich lukrativen
und gewinnbringenden Auftrag gewinnen konnten. Bisher
zahlten Jeff und die Aktionäre immer nur drauf! Klasse!

Axia wird also nicht weiter wachsen. Die Arbeit der vergangenen
Monate, die Flugreisen, die Frauen, die schicken Autos... alles
hat Jeff umsonst ausgegeben und verkauft die Zukunft Axias nun,
bzw. hat es vor! Der Vertrag ist noch lange nicht unterschrieben
und wird wohl auch dieses Jahr zu diesen Konditionen bestimmt nicht
unterschrieben werden! Am Ende bleiben wohl nur 1000 Dollar für Jeff
übrig ;-) Davon kauft er sich dann nen Kasten Bier und ein FLugticket.

Axia Group Inc. Agrees to Sell International Building Technologies Inc. Subsidiary for Cash, Stock and Royalties on China Contract

SAN DIEGO, March 20 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Axia Group, Inc. (OTC: AXGJ - News), announced today that it has signed a term sheet with a developer of the panel production system to sell the company's subsidiary, International Building Technologies, Inc. (IBT), in exchange for cash, common stock in the Buyer' public company, and a royalty on future revenues. The name of the Buyer is being withheld until the Final Agreement between the Parties is reached, which is expected next week.

Axia is a provider of a panel-based building technology for the rapid construction of homes and commercial buildings. Its subsidiary, IBT, recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Chinese government to install and operate a panel factory to support the rebuilding of the city of Suijiang in the Yunnan Province in China. IBT was also involved in Letters Of Intent to establish operations in Central America and Dubai. Under the proposed term sheet with Axia, the Buyer will be free to pursue those business opportunities as well as freely use and exploit the IBT name.

Stated Jeffrey Flannery, "We have come to the realization that the project in China and our global expansion plans were simply too large in scope and too aggressive for Axia at this stage in its development. The China contract alone required us to come up with 20 million RMB (approximately $2.5 million USD). The Suijiang plant would cost another $4 million USD to build and operate. We cannot offer the type and level of financing that these projects require. At the same time, new and very profitable projects in Sri Lanka and nearby areas were not being developed aggressively enough. Our focus will be to take advantage of the opportunities we have earned in these areas, representing millions of dollars in business for Axia."

Added Flannery, "The exciting news is we have found a partner who is willing and able to finance these projects as well as allow us to benefit from all the work we have done. I feel we have negotiated a very fair deal with the Buyer of IBT which allows us, and particularly the shareholders of Axia, to benefit for the long term. The following are the basic terms of the proposed agreement, some of which are still being finalized:


   *  Up to $1,000,000 in cash, while payable over 5 years, will greatly
      reduce our need to raise money in the market for our operations.
   *  Common Stock in the Buyer's public company.  We plan to dividend out
      100% of the stock Axia receives from the Buyer to the Axia
      Shareholders.  In this way, Axia shareholders will have a chance to
      benefit from the Chinese developments.
   *  Royalty payments from the gross profits from the Project in China for
      three years.
   *  The Buyer is a developer and manufacturer of the panel system Axia
      uses and has agreed to supply Axia with the machinery, equipment and
      support to establish a panel factory in Sri Lanka, which will greatly
      improve Axia's profit margins and competitiveness in the local market
      place as well as be an exporter of panels to the region.
   *  Finally, the Buyer has agreed to extend a license agreement to Axia
      for five years, with the first two years of license payments waived.

Ach ja. Axia will ja noch immer
eine Fabrik in Sri Lanka aufbauen.
In China hätte die Anlage 4 Millionen
Dollar gekostet, in Sri Lanka werden
wohl 3-5 Millionen Dollar benötigt.
Axia braucht also Geld, um dieses Werk
erstmal zu finanzieren! Geld, dass sie
aktuell nicht haben und nur durch den
Verkauf von Aktien akquierieren! Dies
könnte der Grund sein, warum Jeff nun
wieder einmal versucht, auf Kosten der
Aktionäre Geld zu machen: Er braucht es,
um das Werk in Sri Lanka zu bauen!

Selbst wenn er sich Unterstützung holen sollte,
kurzfristig rechne ich mit weiterhin starker
dilution! Schon bald werden 250 Millionen neue
Aktien auf den Markt geschmissen. Sollte Jeff
Zahlen bringen, werden wir ja sehen, wieviele
Aktien bereits auf dem Markt sind. Ich rechne
mit mindestens 500 Millionen Aktien! Oder mehr!  

gibt es denn da eigentlich keine grenzen?
außerdem, was bringt es denn 500 Milionen oder 1 Milliarde oder 10 Billionen oder     xxx Trilliarden Aktien auf den Markt zu schmeißen und keine will die haben.  

Habe nachgerechnet. Seit Mitte
Februar diesen Jahres wurden
bereits über 1 Milliarde neue
Aktien auf den Markt geschmissen!

Insgesamt hat Jeff nur eine Freigabe
für 5 Milliarden Aktien! Wenn der Preis
so tief bleibt, kann er keine Übernahmen
in Aktien abschließen, keine weiteren
Aktien rausschmeißen und muss Axia dicht machen.

Deshalb nun die Behauptung, irgendjemand würde
Axias Chinageschäft, das ja gar keines ist, für
1 Million Dollar + Aktien + Gewinnbeteiligung kaufen.
Natürlich existiert dieser "jemand" gar nicht! Jeff
will nur auf die PR - Trommel hauen, bevor er weitere
Milliarden von Aktien raushaut! Echt unglaublich!!!
Vor einem Jahr standen wir noch bei 0,70 Dollar! Nun
bei 0,0003! Jeff! Wann hast du endlich genug von uns?

Ich kaufe 10 Millionen Stück für 0,0001 Dollar!

Es ging soeben kurz hoch von 0,0002
auf 0,002! So schnell hat noch niemand
Geld verdient ;-) Habe jetzt 10 Millionen
Axia-Aktien und werde sie bei 0,005 verkaufen!
Mit 20.000% PLUS! Vielleicht schon diese Woche!
Klar bin ich mir bewusst, dass Axia auch Pleite
gehen kann! Aber das ist mir der Zock wert!

Wer Lust hat: Ich habe über Cortal Consors in den USA
geordert. Hat weniger als eine Minute gedauert! Axia
ist ein geiler Zock für schnelles Geld! Totalverlust
ist möglich! Über 20.000% Gewinn sind aber auch möglich!

Die nächsten zwei Wochen werden spannend! Ich rechne
schon bald mit news! Zum einen wird es Neues geben
zu Aufträgen in Sri Lanka. Eventuell fischt Jeff bereits
eonen neuen Auftrag von REEL oder der Telecom an Land!

Die Pilotprojekte wurden ja abgeschlossen und die
Auftraggeber waren anscheinend sehr zufrieden! :-)
Ob das CHinageschäft verkauft wird oder nicht
spielt keine so große Rolle! Schon bald wird
die dilutino für eine Zeit lang stoppen und
dann reichen schon kleinste Kaufaufträge, um
Axia um 10.000% oder 20.000% steigen zu lassen.

Klingt viel, beim aktuellen Niveau ist Axia
aber richtig GÜNSTIG bewertet!!! Bei geschätzten
1 Milliarde Aktien auf dem Markt ist Axia im
Moment mit 200.000 Dollar bewertet! Der Umsatz
dieses Jahr wird wohl bei 3-6 Millionen Dollar
liegen! Daher sollte Axia mindestens mit 3 Millionen
Dollar beweret sein! Und nicht vergessen! Der Chef
von MicroConstruction bekommt bis Ende 2008 einen
Axia-Preis von 0,30 versprochen! Vom aktuellen
Niveau wären das über 150000% Gewinn! Hier ist einiges zu holen...
 

Wer jetzt mit 1000 Euro einsteigt
könnte Ende März daraus 1 Euro machen
oder aber 10.000 Euro! Bereits heute
gab es kurz mal +1000% Gewinn, weil
jemand unlimitiert gekauft hat. Wer

kleinen aber feinen Rebound hinlegen wird.
Nach wochenlanger Talfahrt tut ein Anstieg Not!
Und es werden bald news kommen, die dilution
wird für eine Zeit lang aufhören und Axia könnte,
wie bereits zweimal letztes Jahr geschehen, innerhalb
weniger Tage um mehrere 1000% steigen! Ich bin dabei

habe auch schon lang in Axia investiert, habe mein Geld abgeschrieben. Axia ist und
bleibt definitiv tot. Wer hier investiert, kann sein Geld gleich verschenken, damit tut
er noch etwas gutes. Von deiner Euphorie hauchst du Axia auch kein Leben ein.
