Safe Travel Care, Inc. Signs Nonbinding Agreement to Merge with Titan Energy Development, Inc.
Thursday April 6, 9:00 am ET SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 6, 2006--Safe Travel Care, Inc. (OTCBB:SFTV - News) announced today that it has signed a nonbinding agreement to merge with Titan Energy Development, Inc. of Detroit, Michigan. The intended merger is pending due diligence and the execution of a final agreement.
