Investing in Renewable Energy: This $1.50 stock could reach $9.41 by year-end
A Taipan Financial News Research Report
by S.R. Nunnally, Editor, Material Profits Wildcatter
June 18, 2007
Please read this message carefully. It contains information that provides you with a first-move advantage.
I'm inviting a handful of subscribers to get in on a tiny solar energy company. The extensive research I've conducted over the past 17 days confirms it could easily be the most profitable investment you'll make in the next 12 weeks.
Right now, the company is available at a steep discount -- giving you the opportunity to gain 503.2% (or more) this year.
Today, you can buy the stock for less than $2 per share. Given the number of outstanding shares, the company is worth $122.9 million and should triple in value in the coming months.
Regrettably, this sensitive deal is not for everyone. I'm limiting this opportunity to readers who are comfortable with the explosive potential of micro-cap stocks.
I'll explain more about that in a moment...
For now, you should know the window of opportunity is starting to close on the highest gains that come with a first-move advantage. If you wait too long you'll miss out completely on the explosive potential of this $2 company.
In fact, a key piece of intelligence tells me that this micro-cap company could soar beyond my initial projected gain of 503.2%. I think it's possible for you to see a gain of 936.5%.
That's because the CEO of this company has nearly all of his compensation in stock. He's getting paid a paltry $21,000 per year. But that's okay by him. You see, he's absolutely confident the stock will soar.
He knows that the company is in a high-growth sector -- (renewable energy) that is receiving an enormous infusion of money.
As you'll soon see, the world's smartest investors are piling into renewable energy.
These investors are the top 1% -- the venture capitalists who changed the world by getting in early on the Internet, computers and software. Today, they are using that very same know-how to transform the global market for energy.
If you find the above situation attractive, please read on...
"Silicon Valley's dot-com era may
be giving way to the watt-com era."
-- The New York Times
While you may not have heard of these venture capitalists, you're certainly familiar with the companies they financed.
Vinod Khosla is the moneyman behind Google, Genentech and Sun Microsystems. His net worth is reported at $1 billion. So far he has invested in 26 renewable energy companies.
John Doerr made his first billion with early investments in Netscape, Amazon and Google. Now Doerr has set aside $100 million for his "greentech" technologies -- in addition to the $50 million he's already invested in renewable energy.
"This is the mother of all markets," Doerr told Associated Press.
And that's from the guy who funded Netscape, the first company to commercialize the Web browser; who funded Amazon, the company that wrote the book on e-commerce; and who funded Google, the search-engine pioneer that trades at $476 per share.
Google founders Sergey Brin and Larry Page (their combined net worth $30 billion) contributed over $100 million into the solar manufacturing start-up Nanosolar. It makes solar panels using technology originally developed for the semiconductor industry.
"Green Technology Revs Up
Venture Capitalists"
-- CNBC
The company is building one of the world's largest solar cell factories in Silicon Valley, placing the region at the forefront of the solar energy revolution.
Follow the money and you'll see that solar energy is the next big thing in Silicon Valley. Heading into the fourth quarter of 2006, solar-energy companies pulled in $242 million in 17 deals, according to a study by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
In 2005, the number was $67.7 million.
They don't shell out that kind of money with the intent of breaking even. No way. They want to make 5... 10... 20 times their money.
For the first time in years, new factories are popping up in Silicon Valley to make the electronics for solar energy systems.
This manufacturing resurgence is backed by a savvy political campaign.
"Silicon Valley has changed the world once. Now, thanks to a wave of investment and innovation in solar power, it's on to the next revolution..."
-- CNNMoney
But what most people don't realize is that, behind the scenes, Silicon Valley's lobby group, TechNet, pushes for new laws that encourage solar energy.
TechNet executives -- including Cisco Systems CEO John Chambers -- made the rounds in Washington for closed-door meetings with cabinet-level lawmakers. Their message: Double spending on energy research.
For Silicon Valley, solar energy has "tipped" from a cottage industry into a global market that will reach $40 billion in three years.
"The solar players say the sun is definitely shining in Silicon Valley."
-- ABC 7 News
Peter Lynch, who managed the enormous Magellan Fund to 29% average annual returns, called 2005 "The Dawn of the Solar Age."
On a Web site for penny-stock investors, Lynch proved that solar-energy stocks outperformed the major Wall Street indices. His calculations showed that between January 1, 2005 and March 28, 2006 solar-energy stocks would have handed you an average return of 20.87%.
During the same period, you would have seen a 5.25% return from the Dow Jones Industrial Average, 6.17% from the S&P 500 and 4.87% from the Nasdaq, according to Lynch.
"Solar energy's day is dawning."
-- San Diego Union-Tribune
It all makes sense to the smartest investors on the planet...
Venture capitalists are pumping hundreds of millions of dollars into Silicon Valley solar start-ups. Three of the most successful tech IPOs of 2005 were solar, including the Valley's own SunPower.
That gives first-move investors huge gains in solar energy, as you can see in the three stock charts below...
Solar Chart #1
SunPower made its debut in November 2005. Since then the stock has soared 120.8%. The company received funding from T.J. Rogers, the CEO of Cypress Semiconductor in Silicon Valley.
In case you haven't heard of Mr. Rogers, Fortune magazine described him as one of "America's Toughest Bosses." He doesn't suffer fools -- or bad investments.
SunPower isn't a fluke when it comes to striking it big in solar energy. Check out the chart for First Solar...
Solar Chart #2
First Solar went public in Nov. 2006. The stock has since skyrocketed 181.4%. Look at this chart; it's a stock picker's dream...
Tracking the gains of Silicon Valley, the big money on Wall Street is making its own move into solar energy. Take a look at Trina Solar and you'll see what I mean...
Solar Chart #3
Trina Solar hit the NYSE in December 2006. Savvy investors who got in at that point are sitting on a gain of 185.7%. Wall Street's Merrill Lynch is an investor. Trina's performance is breathtaking...
What do these charts have to do with the micro-cap stock I'm about to reveal to you?
Investing in Renewable Energy: The Scoop on Your Undiscovered Solar Play
Imagine getting in on First Solar, SunPower and Trina Solar for pennies on the dollar.
This solar-energy bargain gets even better.
Now, take a look at this chart below...
It shows that over the past 52 weeks this $2 company bolted 1,596.9%. By comparison, that's 303.8% for Trina Solar, 163.1% for SunPower and 199.7% for First Solar.
While I can't reveal the name of the company for fear of running up the share price, I can tell you that documents divulge the company is on track to add $75 million in revenue this year.
The company doubled assembly-line capacity to satisfy new orders from Spain, Malaysia, Turkey and South Africa. Delivery has already started -- promising to boost revenues THIS QUARTER.
It's also received commitments for $7.5 million in sales from a major energy company in India. Another $8 million in revenue is in the pipeline from an agreement with a Shanghai company. And a $9.2 million sale has been made to a different company in Shanghai -- with shipments during 2007.
Investing in Renewable Energy: Earnings Surge of 1,100%
One analyst reports forecast earnings of $60 million, $175 million, $420 million, $720 million in 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010, respectively. Over the next three years, earnings could surge 1,100%.
And here's your chance to get that first-move advantage -- just like the top venture capitalists are doing now.
But this isn't the first time I've uncovered a first-move advantage.
Investing in Renewable Energy: Gold, Uranium and Copper for Under $2
So far I've introduced readers to...
A $1.72 Canadian oil and gas explorer and producer that's breaking into uranium. The price of uranium has more than doubled over the past 12 months, making this company a serious 10-bagger.
A $1.15 miner actively exploring the El Dorado gold fields of Central America. I'm telling my readers to get in now for the next big gold boom.
A $1.61 explorer with extensive holdings in gold, copper, lead, zinc and uranium -- all the minerals that the Chinese are buying up like mad. Just check out the volume on the NYMEX where these minerals are traded. It's up 466% in the past year. Here's another micro-cap stock that could become a 10-bagger.
And many, many more...
Add it all up and you'll see that my total returns for 2006 hit 723.5%.
Those are gains my readers appreciate. Just listen to what they have to say...
"Thank you for the 57% in a little under two months!" -- M. Palsson
"Very impressive." -- D. Budd
"I feel like Homer Simpson locked in a Krispy Kreme store... ("Oooohhh,
profits...") -- M. Pascale
"I like the money I make with you." -- M. Per Lee
My triple-digit track record and my ability to spot first-movers is why I've appeared on CNBC's Squawk Box... Forbes on Fox... Cavuto on Business... and some of your other favorite financial programs.
"Since 1926, Prudential says, micro-caps have outperformed the rest of the market on an absolute basis."
-- BusinessWeek
And it's also why you've heard me talking energy and commodities on syndicated radio talk shows like Trader's Nation, Money Matters Financial Network and The Stock Doctor.
I don't mean to brag, but I get calls all the time from producers begging me to be on their shows. As much as I would love to do all of them, my research comes first.
For example...
I uncovered Skye Resources back in August 2005 when it was trading for about $1.75. Today it's at $15.60. That's a stratospheric gain of 791.4% for a nickel miner that people had never heard of.
I also unearthed tiny Insteel Industries in March 2004 when it sold for just under $1. Today, it's at $16.73. Anyone who bought Insteel when I first discovered it would have banked 1,573%.
Investing in Renewable Energy: Turn $25,000 into $248,325
Other big gainers I discovered include...
Frontier Development Group -- a uranium miner that went from 75 cents in September 2004 to $14.72. That would have given you a gain of 1,862.6% in 44 months.
International Tower Hill Mines -- a junior gold miner that bolted from 34 cents in May 2006 to $2.81. You would've reaped 726.4% in 12 months.
Katanga Mining -- a copper company that soared from 80 cents in June 2005 to $16.90. When was the last time you had the chance to pocket 2,012.5 % in under 48 months?
Peru Copper -- a copper miner that went from $1 in July 2005 to $5.10. That's an increase of 410% in less than 24 months.
U.S. Gold Corp. -- a gold company that started out at $1 in August 2005 to $5.55. That's up 455% in 21 months.
If you'd invested $5,000 in each of those micro-cap stocks when I first spotted them you could now have an extra $248,325. That translates into an average gain of 893.2% in less than 48 months.
Investing in Renewable Energy: Wildcatter Gains
Even though these stocks have already gone way up, it's not too late to get in on this $2 solar-energy company.
"Underfollowed micro-cap companies offer great returns, and sometimes even the best returns."
-- MSN Money
Because my research shows that it could return 503.2% -- and that's being conservative. It's still quite possible for you to see a 936.5% return.
Finding stocks like this $2 solar company is what I do every month for a select group of readers.
I call these obscure stocks "wildcatters" because they are usually tiny micro-cap companies that no one else knows about.
Investing in Renewable Energy: 20-to-1 Returns
But they don't stay tiny for long. In fact, most of them go on to deliver huge returns. Many of them have soared tenfold. Some have even returned 20-to-1.
It's all about getting that first-move advantage. And now you can get it with Stealth Solar...
"Solar stocks might still be a decent long-term bet, even if oil prices continue to fall."
-- The Washington Post
That's what I expect to happen with my newest Wildcatter pick. You can get this great solar energy company at a steep discount.
The company is your best entry point into the energy revolution of the decade that's spearheaded by the wealthiest and brightest venture capitalists on the planet. People like Vinod Khosla, John Doerr, Sergey Brin and Larry Page.
Bottom line: "Now may be a good time for investors to soak up some sun," as The Wall Street Journal reported recently.
The worldwide demand for solar energy is potentially unlimited.
Michael Rogol, the solar expert at the French bank Credit Lyonnais, expects the global solar industry to grow from $7 billion in 2004 to $40 billion by 2010.
And unlike tech, don't expect the solar energy market to pop like a bubble.
That's because solar energy is pegged to the price of oil. As long as the price of oil keeps rising, even gradually, solar energy makes more sense to homeowners, businesses and investors.
The price of solar stocks has historically been tied to the price of fossil energy sources such as oil, coal and natural gas. Big Oil is actually drawing up the price of solar-energy stocks.
Check out the chart below for the Amex oil index...
Amex oil index
As you can see, the charts for the Amex oil index and my tiny $2 company are really quite similar.
Here's why...
The global demand for oil has been rising 1-2% each year, to the point that the oil industry is sucking almost 1,000 barrels of crude from the earth every second. By mid-century, the U.S. is expected to begin replacing 40% of its oil consumption with non-fossil fuels.
"Cheap solar power is poised to undercut oil and gas by half"
-- The Telegraph
Demand for solar will boom as dozens of countries allow new subsidies, tax breaks and other incentives to promote the use of renewable energy.
These trends will accelerate with the jihad in the Middle East... China's insatiable appetite for fossil fuels... and the Socialist uprising in Central America that recently nationalized oil in Venezuela.
And that's why brilliant guys like Vinod Khosla, John Doerr, Sergy Brinn and Larry page know that solar is at a "tipping point" where gains can mount up fast.
Look no further than the Harvard Business Review. It observed that venture capitalists poured some $100 million into solar start-ups of all sizes in 2006. That makes solar a good bet, given the venture capital community's interest in relatively short-term returns.
I fully expect the tiny $2 solar company I've found to return you 503.2%.
That's what this invitation is all about...
"Microcaps do offer opportunity to latch onto innovative new companies with a potential for eye-popping returns."
-- Baltimore Sun
Just the fact that you qualified to receive this letter gives you a leg up over 99% of other investors looking to cash in on the stock market.
When most investors hear the term "stock market," they immediately think of the Dow Jones Industrial Average, the S&P 500, or Nasdaq.
But as a real insider, you're part of that 1% of savvy investors who know that micro-caps have explosive potential.
Micro-caps are overlooked and under-researched in the marketplace because they do not generate investment banking or brokerage commission revenues for Wall Street firms.

S.R. Nunnally's Material Profits Wildcatter
If you had invested a dollar in micro-caps at year-end 1925, the growth of that dollar would have more than tripled the return of a similar investment in the S&P 500.
Even considering the remarkable performance of the S&P 500 over the last decade, the Wilshire Micro-Cap Index has had a better three-, five- and 10-year track record.
Bottom line: New and emerging industries in particular can be more heavily concentrated in the micro-cap segment, according to Dow Jones Wilshire.
And solar energy is exactly that: new and emerging.
he worldwide demand for solar energy is potentially unlimited with the market gaining momentum fast.
"The cost of installing solar energy is finally within reach for many Americans."
-- Wired
The U.S.A. is ramping up... and is now the third-largest solar-energy user.
State and federal subsidies helped push the U.S. solar-energy market up 33% in 2006 over the previous year, says market researcher Solarbuzz.
President Bush created solar-energy subsidies of up to $2,000 for homeowners, with even more in store for businesses.
In New Jersey, incentives make it more affordable than ever to own a solar energy system. The rebates can cover more than 50% of the cost. The program proved so popular that New Jersey's Clean Energy Program is currently oversubscribed.
And as part of its Million Solar Roofs Program, California intends to create 3,000 megawatts of new solar-produced electricity by 2017. That equals the peak output of six modern natural-gas-fired power plants.
Still, the country to catch is Germany.
"Germany is the world's number one market for solar energy."
-- Dow Jones MarketWatch
Germany enacted the Renewable Energies Act in 2000, requiring electricity grid operators pay a higher price to providers of solar energy than they do to providers of traditional energy.
The act spurred solar energy in Germany to the point that the country accounts for 55% of the world's solar electricity production.
Heat output installed from solar energy in Germany
The European Union is aggressively pursuing solar as well, modeling their programs after Germany.
In the European Union, many countries are in the process of adopting programs to encourage renewable energy, with an emphasis on solar.
Southern Europe's high number of sun hours make it prime for solar energy. Portugal, Spain, Italy and Greece are offering low tariffs and low-interest loans to stimulate adoption.
In addition to Europe and the U.S., government subsidies for solar are popular in Asia, with Japan showing the way.
"Japan's $100 million in grants is intended to promote renewable energy resources, such as solar power."
-- WCBS TV
Japan's subsidies for residential solar-energy go back to 1994. The country is now the second-largest solar-energy consumer, with 17% of the global market.
Running the world's second-largest economy with no domestic sources of fossil fuel, Japan has had little choice but to turn to solar and other forms of renewable energy.
That's why Japan has the highest per-capita installed capacity of solar-power generation in the world.
But emerging economies such as India are rapidly gaining ground.
"India has one of the largest national programs to promote the use of solar energy."
-- Forbes
India's survival depends on electricity reform. There's plenty of it generated, but up to 50% is lost during transmission, incurring losses of some $7 billion per year.
The losses get even higher when you take into account the terrible toll from pollution that's spewed by the high-ash coal utilities burn.
India is turning to solar to both reduce pollution and electrify the millions of rural villages off the national grid.
"By 2030, India should achieve energy independence through solar power and other forms of renewable energy," the president of India told reporters recently.
India is a huge solar-energy market, but China may prove to be bigger.
"China Aims to Clean Up in Solar Power."
-- BusinessWeek
Acid rain, water pollution and a dependence on imported oil are driving China toward solar. By 2010, China hopes to generate about 300 megawatts of solar energy -- roughly the same amount as Japan used last year.
In the coming few years, China will upgrade from small rural systems to massive grid-connected solar generators.
At a prominent solar-energy conference in May 2007, a Chinese vice minister, Chen Deming, said the government would soon enact policies for the required installation of solar-energy products.
Chen called solar "the largest and the most promising industry in the renewable energy sector."
China's solar-energy market is worth $1.5 billion and getting bigger at 20% annually, says the Chinese Renewable Energy Industries Association.
"Solar energy power generation is growing
20 percent to 30 percent a year."
-- San Francisco Chronicle
China and the rest of the world know that solar energy is inevitable.
And now I can show you how to cash in on the biggest energy boom of the decade.
You see, the $2 company I uncovered makes the critical parts of a solar energy system: photovoltaic cells. These cells convert energy from the sun into electricity.
A photovoltaic cell
The company embarked on a program to design and manufacture high-efficiency photovoltaic cells.
And if anyone can do it, the CEO of this company is your guy.
His track record for starting companies and cashing out is incredible. He has six companies under his belt. And...

He knows how to get things done and make money for himself and his shareholders.
How else could he afford to live on a $21,000 per year salary?
He's a genius when it comes to turning small start-ups into mega-million-dollar businesses.
And he's not wasting a minute when it comes to launching this $2 company into the stratosphere.
He led a complete shakeout of the new factory in Shanghai...
Inside the plant, the floor surface was treated and covered by a special polymerization process and SZO-4 epoxy self-leveling, anti-static and anti-dust paint, providing a bright, blue-green veneer across the immense surface area.
Quality control tests on manufacturing equipment used cross-checks with the automated controls.
"Clean room" facilities were double-checked. Workers now pass between a "wind shower" as they go from less sensitive areas into the workshop. Additionally, the workshop housing the diffusion furnaces is equipped with a set of negative pressure controlled entry doors from the common areas into these extremely sensitive chambers.
Environmental air cooling units on the first and second floor of the plant were put through their paces. Nearly 100 of these units make up an integrated system of climate control inside the temperature-sensitive manufacturing facility.
He doubled manufacturing capacity to meet surging demand. The recent orders consist of 65% foreign buyers and 35% domestic buyers, and the delivery deadlines run May through October.
He recruited a solar-energy veteran to penetrate markets in Korea, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Spain and Turkey.
He built a multilingual sales team to handle prospects and clients in Asia, Europe, and North America.
Now that the company has moved into full production, this your best chance to get in at the lowest possible price.
Getting in early is the only way to pocket blowout returns on your micro-cap plays.
You won't hear about micro-caps from your broker, banker or financial advisor for one simple reason: There's no money in it for them.
"For the past six years returns on small caps -- companies typically worth less than $3 billion -- have handily beaten those of large caps."
-- BusinessWeek
That's where I come in...
My name is S.R. Nunnally. Each month, I uncover micro-caps loaded with profit potential and share them with readers of Material Profits Wildcatter, giving the first-move advantage on promising micro-cap companies in natural resource industries.
My readers are members of an elite group. In fact membership is limited to only 1,500 people.
As a member of Material Profits Wildcatter, you'll receive a never-ending flow of hot micro-cap stocks. About once a month, you'll receive one sizzling opportunity that could blow away traditional investments.
Most investors shy away from micro-caps. They feel the reward doesn't justify the risk.
So now you have to ask yourself, "Is Wildcatter for me?"
Here are three qualifications that will help you decide...
Qualification #1: You must be comfortable with micro-cap stocks. The "wildcatter" stocks are small. In some cases, they may be very volatile.
And while the stocks have the potential to soar tenfold, they can also experience rapid price declines. Material Profits Wildcatter is only for people who are comfortable putting a small amount of money into a potentially huge winner.
Qualification #2: You must be able to keep a secret. No blabber mouths. Sharing Material Profits Wildcatter stock picks with people who are not within our private group is strictly prohibited.
Why?
Because it puts our profit opportunities at risk! One of the reasons we only allow 1,500 members is so everyone can get in BEFORE the stock takes off.
If we have hoards of extra people riding our coattails, it could prevent some of our Material Profits Wildcatter members from grabbing maximum profits.
Bottom line: Keep the trades confidential for 48 hours. You can share war stories with your friends and family AFTER we take gains. Fair enough?
Qualification #3: You must be decisive. Since the volume on these stocks is typically pretty small, when I give you my recommendation to buy or sell, you have to act. If you take days to mull it over with a bunch of other people you could lose the lion's share of your potential gains.
Acting on my recommendations is the only way to pull in gains of 120%, 74%, 127%, 59% and 67% that my subscribers have already claimed...
U.S. Gold Corp. -- a gold company that started out at a $1 in August 2005 to $5.55. That's up 455% in 21 months.
You have to admit... that's pretty darn impressive.
OK, let's get you on the path to making money with this $2 solar energy company.

"And in general, micro-cap stocks carry greater investment risk but also provide diversification benefits as they tend to move independently of larger-cap peers"
-- Dow Jones' MarketWatch
Well, that's the best part!
As you know, similar services easily charge up to $5,000 per year. And if Material Profits Wildcatter was a stand-alone service, we could charge $2,500 per year.
That would make sense when you consider just one of these stocks could return that much money in a few weeks' time -- and that would be on the conservative side.
In fact, my publisher suggested we charge that much $4,500 a year for this service.
But I didn't want to charge that kind of money. So I worked out a deal with my publisher for a reduced price. People who sign up today can enroll for only $1,750.
That's a ridiculously low price. But please understand: I can't promise I can keep the price this low forever. My publisher is anxious to increase the price. So if you're the least bit interested in trying this new service, let me encourage you to do so right away while the price is still low.
Remember, that fee entitles you to 12 months of remarkable profit micro-cap sensations like Insteel, which soared from $1 to $28... and Strata Oil & Gas, which bolted from 79 cents to $7.95... and Skye Resources, which skyrocketed from $1.75 to $17.50.
And best of all, the moment I hear from you, I'll send you access to the Special Report with all the details on the $1.50 stock that will likely hit $9.41 by year-end.
Investing in Renewable Energy: I Give You My Word
Go ahead now and give Material Profits Wildcatter a try. Reserve your space before they sell out. The moment I hear from you, I'll send you the Special Report. Read it. And then grab a few shares of this $1.50 stock.
And do it quickly... because this stock is getting ready to soar. And listen: If you don't have at least a DOUBLE in your pocket by year-end, just say the word. I'll refund every penny of your subscription.
And you know what? If for any reason you aren't happy, just let me know in the next 30 days. I'll refund your entire subscription fee. Why wouldn't I? I'm that confident.
The important thing is for you to get in now, reserve your space, and seize what could be a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.

Each store is expected to produce an estimated at 20 million kilowatt-hours per year, possibly making it one of the world's top-10 solar power initiatives in the U.S. when fully implemented.
Wal-Mart will use the power generated by the solar panels onsite at each store to reach its goal of being supplied by 100% renewable energy.
One store in Dallas will integrate solar panels with its garden center greenhouse canopy, providing an eye-pleasing application of solar that supplies 11 killowatts of power.
Sources say that Wal-Mart could install solar on as many as 340 stores in the next few years.
Given the recent news about Wal-Mart's breakthrough solar program, Stealth Solar could go from $1.50 to $9.41 sooner than I originally thought.
I suggest you act now to avoid missing out.

Solar Enertech ist ein Solarzellenhersteller aus China. Junges Unternehmen, startete 2006.

Emerging-Markets-Trader-Kolumne: Chinas Solarunternehmen wollen hoch hinaus
Freitag 3. August 2007, 08:48 Uhr

Solar EnerTech will Produktionskapazität durch zweite Produktionsanlage erhöhen
MENLO PARK, 15. August 2007 - Solar EnerTech Corp.
