Jetzt hier noch auf dem Zug zu springen wegen der Dividende macht keinen Sinn. Die Charterraten gehen für Schüttgutfrachter in den Keller aktuell. Golden Ozean ist gut aufgestellt und hat schon für das jetzige Quartal Charterraten gesichert. Ab den 4  Quartal wird es schwierig werden überhaupt Dividenden zu zahlen.  

Die Charterraten für Bulker gehen nicht in den Keller, sie normalisieren sich gerade!
Und Golden Ocean hat schon gute Abschlüsse für das 2. Halbjahr:

27,900 per day for 80 Prozent of Capesize available days and 27,100 per day for 96 Prozent of
Panamax available days for the third quarter of 2022; and
29,500 per day for 25 Prozent of Capesize available days and 21,900 per day for 27 Prozent of
Panamax available days for the fourth quarter of 2022.

Die Gesamtkosten liegen beim Capesizer bei 13.000  pro Tag, beim Panmax bei 9.350  pro Tag.

Bei obigen Einnahmen verdient also jedes Schiff weit über 10.000  täglich.

Der Baltic Exchange Dry Index zum vierten Mal in Folge gesunken.
Der Baltic Dry Index, der die Kosten für den weltweiten Versand von Waren misst, fiel am Dienstag um 65 Punkte oder 6 % auf ein Zweijahrestief von 1.017 Punkten und verlängerte damit die Verluste zum vierten Mal in Folge. Der Capesize-Index, der Eisenerz- und Kohleladungen von 150.000 Tonnen verfolgt, ging zum vierten Mal in Folge zurück und fiel um 18 % auf ein Zweijahrestief von 337 Punkten; und der Panamax-Index, der etwa 60.000 bis 70.000 Tonnen Kohle- und Getreideladungen erfasst, setzte seinen monatelangen Rückgang fort und fiel um 6,4 % auf ein fast zweijähriges Tief von 1.284 Punkten. Gleichzeitig verlor der Supramax-Index am dritten Tag 53 Punkte auf 1.691 Punkte.

heute wurde 0,1 USD Dividende ausgeschüttet. Mal sehen, wie es sich bis Jahresende entwickelt.

The Company is steadfastly working with its consultants to complete the engineering studies that are required prior to starting mine development.

Activities completed:

Hydrogeological assessment completed and sites selected for two ground water monitoring wells. Proposed sites submitted to regulatory authority for approval.
Engineering assessment completed for contact water capture and conveyance for area of new portal and rock dump.
Engineering assessment of drainage channel completed. As a result of this study and requirements associated with a required water licence, a new road crossing and new discharge point are now required. The initial design has been completed. An application for an archaeological permit to investigate the new discharge site was submitted.
On-going Technical Activities

Waiting on final approval drill monitoring wells and install groundwater monitoring equipment.
Finalization and approval of road crossing design. Archaeology permit to be obtained to conduct archeological supervision at new discharge point prior to construction (Estimated 4 months from submission ).
Mine water conveyance pumping system engineering design underway to be finished .
Complete mine engineering detailed design drawings for mine excavations including drill cut-outs, re-muck cut-outs, safety bays and sumps.
Completion of Geotechnical stability assessment of existing mine-site building foundations and mine roads.
Completion of Geotechnical design for 2 historic portals and new portal closures.
Obtain explosives storage and use permit. Discussion held with regulatory officer indicates site inspection and final use permit to be completed close to commencement of operations.
On-going water flow monitoring.
The process of completing all the above technical works is required prior to commencing the start of underground development. The Company is fully committed to addressing these items in a timely and efficient manner and is very much looking forward to then starting the underground mine development on the 100% Company owned Kenville Gold Mine no matter the weather or the season.

oh ja. Einer meiner Top-Werte im Depot! +70% derzeit  ;-) .  

ich hatte überlegt so langsam mal gewinne mitzunehmen - ich warte aber wohl noch bzw.
stoploss unter 13?.
hab das teil eigentlich wegen der dividende gekauft, die ist mir aber zu unstabil.
