bin hier noch nicht so lange dabei - was ist das Bullard Pass Project? Auf der HP ist nur die Rede von Bromley Creek und Sun Group, als bereits und zukünftig produzierendes Zeolite Project.

Wie schätzt ihr den Mehrwert für den Kurs ein, wenn man den SPinOff genehmigt bekommt?  

Das ist ein altes Goldprojekt. Noch aus Zeiten, als die Firma noch Canadian Mining hieß. Wie weit fortgeschritten man dort war und wieviele Bohrungen es gab, weiß ich auch nicht. Da ich wegen des Zeolith's eingestiegen bin. Könnte für uns Aktionäre aber ein netter Bonus werden.

für die infos. Jetzt versteh ich auch warum in der news immer wieder von Canadian Mining gesprochen wird. Na dann hoffen wir, dass das ein kleines Zubrot gibt - zu sehr will ich da aber nicht hoffen. Der Markt wird es uns ja morgen aber bereits zeigen :)

nur weil spin off bevorsteht, heisst das nicht, das die firma im arsch ist, im gegenteil wollen auf andere märkte kleines zubrot haben, was sie finayiell momentan nicht stemmen können, aber im geschäft bleiben wollen, weil sie direkt oder indirekt investiert sind, haben das grösste zeolitvorkommen, auf verschiedenen ebenen einsetzbar, und nun zubrot mit nebenprodukte wie gold usw., informiert euch über spin off und ihr werdet feststellen, dass das den markt antreibt und ihr werdet eure aktien nicht verlieren, bleibt beim derzeitigen wert, wird bloss umposioniert mit teilung oder zukauf von aktien, die jetzigen inhaber können selber entscheiden, die entscheidung finde ich nicht so verkehrt,expandieren mit dem was man hat, und wie gesagt kommen nun noch die cannabis betreiber und möchten die wachstumförderne zeolite haben, mein gott gar nicht auszudenken

als gut aus, was der Kurs seit einem Monat macht. Denkt ihr wir fallen wieder auf das Ausbruchsniveau bei ~0,25€ zurück?

Eigentlich läuft doch alles hier. Eine produzierende Stätte, eine im Aufbau und dann noch das Gold Spin-off. Wirkt auf mich nach einer guten Story.  

denke auch so,aber ist eben so bei aktien,viele mit enormen schulden steigen und andere mit guten conzept sindim arsch gekniffen  

von moderation ariva,gebe informationen mit angabe vom verfasser und es wird gelöscht,es passiert so oft,halte alle regel ein und dann das, vorallem meinungsfreiheit im forum wird hier ganz klein geschrieben, sind ja schlimmer mit verfolgung wie vor ......möchte mich nicht weiter äussern, werde garrantiert gelöscht oder sogar gessperrt, weil  ich hier ein thema angesprochen habe, was nichts mit demokratie oder meinungsfreiheit zu tun hat  

Zeolite, welches von CNZ gefördert und verkauft wird, ein besonderes?
Ich überlegte, hier zu investieren, fand aber kein Alleinstellungsmerkmal.
Kann mir jemand "auf die Sprünge" helfen?  

Natürlich wird auch von anderen Zeolith gefördert.
Aber in Kanada/USA ist die Konkurrenz verschwindend gering. Insbesondere was Produzenten angeht.  

sieht ja finster aus hier....hoffentlich geht es Ende April wieder hoch....  

der Trend gen Süden scheint ungebremst. Allerdings bei sehr geringen Umsätzen. Wann die Wende kommt, man weiß es nicht. Aktuell ist CNZ das berühmte "fallende Messer".

CANADIAN ZEOLITE ANNOUNCES RESULT FROM ANNUAL AND SPECIAL MEETING

Canadian Zeolite Corp. has released the voting results of all items of business conducted at the company's annual and special meeting held April 28, 2017. The holders of common shares, warrants and options ("Canadian Zeolite Securityholders") voted today to approve the previously announced plan of arrangement between Canadian Zeolite Corp. and Canadian Zeolite Corp.'s wholly-owned subsidiary, Canadian Mining Corp. (the "Plan of Arrangement"). The Plan of Arrangement received approval by 99.6% of the securities voted at the Meeting. Additionally, all annual matters that were put before the shareholders at the Meeting were approved.

The number of directors was set to three, and the three nominees listed in the management proxy circular dated March 14, 2017, being Ray Paquette, Dave Kepkay and Ron Schneider were re-elected as directors of Canadian Zeolite Corp. Shareholders also approved the re-appointment of auditors, Crowe MacKay LLP, and authorized the directors to fix their remuneration. A new Stock Option Plan was also approved. Verstehe den Kursverlauf nicht. Es geht immer weiter bergab. Ein Grund hierfür ist mir nicht bekannt. Eine Bewertung von 13 Mio. CAD haben ganz andere Unternehmen. Die Zukunft will man hier einfach nicht einpreisen.
